On-site accommodation

Arrivals and departures

• Please pick any available pitch on arrival.

General

• Bookings are nominative and non-transferable.
• Bookings must not be for more than 14 consecutive nights.
• Public areas are non-smoking.
• Quiet hours must be respected between 9:30 p.m. and 7 a.m..
• Refunds within the indicated cancellation period are only possible if the site is able to relet your unit/pitch.
• The games room is open between 01/05 and 31/10.
• The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behaviour is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.
• This is a quiet site: no music is allowed.

Hired accommodation

• No naked flames are allowed inside the hired accommodation units.
• The damage/cleanliness/bracelet deposit required on arrival can only be paid for in cash.
• Your unit must be left clean and tidy; a fine of €25.00 (£21.63) will be charged for unclean units upon departure.

Pitches

• A cable measuring at least 3 metres is needed for the electric hook-ups.
• Minimum spacing of 2 metres between pitches.
• Pitches: a €50.00 (£43.26) deposit is required on arrival and will be refunded on departure when returning the gate badge/barrier pass/toilet keys.

Reception

• There is no reception on-site: on arrival please contact the number provided on your booking confirmation.

Safety

• Guests are advised to bring a good quality torch with them as parts of the site are unlit.
• No charcoal barbecues allowed.
• No electric barbecues allowed.
• No gas barbecues allowed.
• Open fires are prohibited.
• Please do not touch or feed the animals.

Taxes

• This area is not subject to city tax.

Vehicles

• No cars/motorbikes by the pitch/unit. All cars must be parked in the designated area.
• Units longer than 7 metres are not allowed.
