Admission

• All guests spending the night at the park must present their ID at the reception desk and sign registration forms.
• At least one of the party members must be aged 18 or over.
• Unsupervised minors must have a letter of authorisation from their parents or legal guardian.

Arrivals and departures

• If the reception is closed on arrival, please check in at the telefonisch.
• Late arrivals must notify the park as soon as possible. Your booking will be held for 24 hours. After this period the management reserves the right to relet your unit.
• No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.
• There is no reception at this site. Please check in at the über Telefon, falls niemand da instead.
• The site will send you further check-in information 1 day(s) before your arrival.
• Units will be allocated on arrival.

Changes to your holiday

• Bookings cannot be amended within 2 day(s) of arrival.

Dogs

• Dogs are prohibited from main facilities and amenities.
• Dogs must be kept on leads and supervised at all times.
• Guide dogs are allowed on site free of charge.

Extras

• : access to the swimming pool is not included in the rate and is charged €5.00 (£4.37) per adult and €5.00 (£4.37) per child per 1.
• A charge of €5.00 (£4.37) applies for the use of the shower.
• Facilities/activities including Pool, Whirlpool, Solarium, Badezimmer are subject to extra charges payable on arrival.
• Motorbike(s) can be brought instead of the car(s) included.
• Whirlpool: access to the swimming pool is not included in the rate and is charged €5.00 (£4.37) per person per 1.

General

• Bookings must not be for more than 10 consecutive nights.
• Discount cards and gift vouchers cannot be applied to bookings made via Pitchup.com.
• Entertainment and activities are available between 01/01 and 31/12.
• In the event of a complaint, please speak to reception immediately. Complaints which are not brought to the management's attention during your stay cannot be dealt with once you have left the site.
• Please note that the shower facilities are unisex.

• Public areas are non-smoking.
• Quiet (afternoon) hours must be respected between 12 p.m. and 2 p.m..
• Quiet hours must be respected between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m..
• Radio, music and TV players must be kept at a low volume. Car doors and boots must be closed quietly.
• The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behaviour is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.
• The site is not liable for any refund in the event of force majeure.
• Zigaretten, Böller, offene Feuer am Platz (bitte nutzen Sie unsere Feuerschale), Musikboxen nur in dezenter Lautstärke are not permitted.

Hired accommodation

• No naked flames are allowed inside the hired accommodation units.
• Your unit must be left clean and tidy; a fine of €10.00 (£8.73) will be charged for unclean units upon departure.

Occupancy

• Bookings must not consist of more than 2 different households.
• No hen/stag parties permitted via Pitchup.com.

Pitches

• You must follow the management directives when pitching your tent/unit and related equipment.

Pool

• Only park guests are authorised to use the pool.
• Please note there is no lifeguard on duty.
• The outdoor swimming pool is open between 8 and 22 (subject to weather conditions).

Reception

• If reception is closed on arrival: please contact the number provided on your booking confirmation.
• Reception is open from 8 a.m. to 12 a.m. and from 12 a.m. to 10 p.m. between 01/04 and 30/09.
• Reception is unmanned after 10 p.m.. Please inform the site while on your way there should you expect to arrive after this time, so that the team can provide information about your unit/pitch.
• There is no reception on-site: on arrival please contact the number provided on your booking confirmation.

Safety

• Firearms are not permitted.
• Fires, barbecues and/or firepits will not be permitted in dry, windy and/or hot weather conditions.
• Guests are advised to bring a good quality torch with them as parts of the site are unlit.
• No charcoal barbecues allowed.
• No electric barbecues allowed.
• No gas barbecues allowed.
• Open fires are prohibited.

Vehicles

• Only one car is to be parked by the pitch. Extra vehicles must be parked in the designated area.

Visitors

• Visitors must leave the premises by 10 p.m..
• Visitors must register at reception and pay their fee.
