Liked We had a quiet pitch

Disliked Very disappointed with this place, there was nothing open (bar/snack bar). The pool looked very run down and like it hadn’t been used in months, it wasn’t in use. Very tired facilities, not like described.

Notre emplacement était grand et bien entretenu.
L'endroit correspond totalement au descriptif annoncé.
On y mange superbement bien et les sanitaires sont très propres.

Liked Sehr freundlicher Empfang, großer Stellplatz und modernisierte Sanitäranlagen

Disliked Wir hätten uns mit 8,00 Fahrzeuglänge und entsprechendem Gewicht eine gepflasterte Stellfläche gewünscht ( bei Regen auf Wiesenplätzen vll. nicht dumm)wurde bei der Buchung aber auch nicht von uns drauf geachtet.

Liked mobil home bien aménagé, endroit calme
gérante très sympathique et veux faire de son mieux pour satisfaire ses clients, malgré un lieu peu vivant voir mort a notre arrivée (11h30) !

Disliked Pas d'animation, manque de vie pour un camping familiale !
Pas d'activité pour les adolescents de 15 à 18 ans !
Coté piscine : accès en fonction des horaires de la municipalité, pas d'accès avant 11h et ferme a 19h dommage, impossible de nager et de se détendre avant l'invasion des habitants de la commune !
On sent que les gérants sont a bout de souffle ! Pas d'épicerie, pain uniquement sur commande, il faut prendre son véhicule pour obtenir le minimum !
Pas de wifi : c'est payant !!!
Soirée : Impossible de rester sur la terrasse du mobil home au delà de minuit, il faut rentrer à l'intérieur ! le bruit (discussions entre nous) n'est pas toléré dans ce camping !!

Vos notes sont injustifiées, mes mobils home sont impeccables.
A l'avenir, renseignez vous sur l'environnement et le camping choisi avant de réserver. Nous sommes un camping calme et tranquille. Un endroit nature pour les randonnées et les ballades à vélo. A moins d'1h de tout un tas d'attractions.
Vous ne m'avez rien dit, bien que vous ayez su demander un rabais sur une location de draps non prévue et déjà remisé de 50% pour votre non compréhension des suppléments.
Vous m'avez rendu le mobil home sans avoir passer un coup de balai, une grosse flaque été présente dans la douche et les toilettes avec une bouteille d'eau sur le sol et sous la terrasse(plusieurs). La poubelle bien exposée.

Admission

Admission is only permitted after registering at reception.
All guests spending the night at the park must present their ID at the reception desk and sign registration forms.
Under 18s must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.

Arrivals and departures

Late arrivals must notify the park as soon as possible. Your booking will be held for 24 hours. After this period the management reserves the right to relet your unit.
No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.
The site will send you further check-in information 3 day(s) before your arrival.
Units will be allocated on arrival.

Dogs

Dogs are not allowed if you are staying in the accommodation units.
Dogs must be kept on leads and supervised at all times.
The site does not accept breeds/crossbreeds listed in the Dangerous Dogs Act (i.e. XL Bully, Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, and Fila Brasileiro) and/or any of the following: Staffordshire bull terrier, American Staffordshire terrier, Rottweiler, any Mastiff or Tosa.

Discount cards and gift vouchers cannot be applied to bookings made via Pitchup.com.

Radio, music and TV players must be kept at a low volume. Car doors and boots must be closed quietly.

The outdoor swimming pool is open between 01/07 and 23/08 (subject to weather conditions).

No vehicle movement between 11 p.m. and 7 a.m..
Only one car is to be parked by the pitch. Extra vehicles must be parked in the designated area.
The car is only included in the rate if you are travelling with a touring caravan or a tent. If you wish to bring a car along with your motorhome/campervan please select the extra.
Twin axle vehicles are not permitted on site.
