On-site accommodation

Admission

• Admission is only permitted after registering at reception.
• Guests under the age of 16 are not allowed on site.

Arrivals and departures

• Late arrivals must notify the park as soon as possible. Your booking will be held for 24 hours. After this period the management reserves the right to relet your unit.
• No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.
• The site will send you further check-in information 7 day(s) before your arrival.
• Units will be allocated on arrival.

Dogs

• Dogs must be kept on leads and supervised at all times.
• Guide dogs are allowed on site free of charge.
• The site does not accept breeds/crossbreeds listed in the Dangerous Dogs Act (i.e. XL Bully, Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, and Fila Brasileiro) and/or any of the following: Staffordshire bull terrier, American Staffordshire terrier, Rottweiler, any Mastiff or Tosa.

General

• In the event of a complaint, please speak to reception immediately. Complaints which are not brought to the management's attention during your stay cannot be dealt with once you have left the site.
• Quiet hours must be respected between 11 p.m. and 6 a.m..
• Radio, music and TV players must be kept at a low volume. Car doors and boots must be closed quietly.
• The bar is open between 19/04 and 01/11.
• The grocery shop is open between 19/04 and 01/11.
• The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behaviour is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.
• The site is not liable for any refund in the event of force majeure.
• This is a quiet site: no music is allowed.

Hired accommodation

• Hired accommodation: €400.00 (£347.01) damage/cleanliness/bracelet deposit is required on arrival and will be refunded on departure after inspection of your unit should no damage/losses be found.
• Your unit must be left clean and tidy; a fine of €80.00 (£69.40) will be charged for unclean units upon departure.

Occupancy

• No hen/stag parties permitted via Pitchup.com.

Pool

• Only park guests are authorised to use the pool.
• Please note there is no lifeguard on duty.
• Swimsuits are obligatory and swimming shorts or Bermuda shorts are not permitted.
• The outdoor swimming pool is open between 01/07 and 31/08 (subject to weather conditions).

Reception

• Reception is open from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 9 p.m. between 19/04 and 01/11.

Safety

• Firearms are not permitted.
• Fires, barbecues and/or firepits will not be permitted in dry, windy and/or hot weather conditions.
• Guests are advised to bring a good quality torch with them as parts of the site are unlit.
• No charcoal barbecues allowed.
• Open fires are prohibited.

Taxes

• Local city/eco tax is included in the rate.

Vehicles

• No vehicle movement between 11:30 p.m. and 6 a.m..
• Only one car is to be parked by the pitch. Extra vehicles must be parked in the designated area.
• The charging of electric vehicles is not permitted on site.
• Twin axle vehicles are not permitted on site.
• Units longer than 9 metres are not allowed.

Visitors

• Visitors’ cars are not permitted on site.
• Visitors must register at reception and pay their fee.
