Liked Camping bien situé, piscine agréable, restaurant avec terrasse agréable, serveur et serveuse dynamique et souriant.

Disliked L’accueil de l’arrivée, nettoyage des sanitaires en globalité, manque d’eau chaude à la douche voir inexistante.

Liked Molt bé. Tot i que l'espai no era massa gran, la veritat és que la piscina era fantàstica i el restaurant també. Els lavabos eren nous i l'atmosfera del càmping era ideal per a relaxar-se i gaudir. Molt bé!

Liked The restaurant was lovely and good value. Staff were friendly and welcoming. The site is close to Gap and the lovely walks up Pic de Charance. We had a pretty view from our pitch.

Kids loved the trampoline and pool

Disliked The site has, like lots of others we have found, suffered from investment in permanent cabins / holiday homes and the pitches are a bit random in terms of size and setup. Our pitch was lovely and big but neighbours pitches were small and scraggy...

Toilet facilities were not particularly clean. One of the 2 washing up stations didn't have hot water and the door of one of the 2 shower cubicles isn't hung properly so it opens into you while using the washing basin unless you prop it with a brush

Liked Good restaurant, nice pool area, easy access to main road to explore the surrounding areas, clean showers and toilets.

Disliked Small pitches, only 2 showers and toilets available when we were there as another block was under construction (not very good during high season)

Local attractions

Bring your boots, bikes… and a sense of adventure. This area has a huge list of hiking and mountain bike trails to try out, along with thrills like rafting, climbing and canyoning activities in and around the Écrins National Park. You can also saddle up for horseback tours locally or book in for a fabulously scenic round at Golf de Gap-Bayard (10 minutes’ drive). For a change of scenery, head to the shores of Lac de Serre-Ponçon (25 minutes) for walking trails of various lengths, and the chance to try ziplines and treetop trails at Serre Ponçon Adventures. Back at ground level there are watersports rentals available, plus lake beaches where you can relax and admire the turquoise waters. Time to dial things down a bit? Take a trip to Gap to stroll through its pretty streets and stop off in some of its shops and wine bars. A little way from the town, explore rural life at Ecomusée de l artisanat and roam through the rose gardens at Domaine de Charance (both 15 minutes).
