Liked: Heel erg gastvrij, gemoedelijke sfeer. Erg gastvrij welkom en verder verblijf super. Veel leuke dingen voor de kinderen: midgetgolf, kano, waterfietsen, trampolines, zwembad. Ze hebben zich super vermaakt en de hond kon in het riviertje even afkoelen. Lekkere pizza gegeten kortom een heerlijk verblijf langer dat we niet langer konden blijven want we waren op doorreis

Liked: Beautiful place, children loved it. Nice swimming pool with cafe. Pitch was levelled and surrounded by trees. Clean toilets. Nice and clean showers. We also used the washing machine for €6.

Liked: Lake and woodland area
Great if you like fishing
Kids play areas trampolines mini golf, table tennis good if you want to use it.

Disliked: Old and worn washing facilities one partly closed off
Lack of clearly marked pitches bit free for all.
Mainly for hire of cabins of which there are lots.

Je suis désolée que votre séjour ne vous aie pas donné entière satisfaction.
Concernant les toilettes, effectivement nous n'avons pas la possibilité de séparé les femmes des hommes mais nous prenons en compte votre remarque pour nos futurs travaux.
Concernant le personnel je ne comprend pas trop ce qui a pu ce passé. Notre personnel est pourtant très professionnel et les retours sont pour la plupart très bon. Cependant je m'excuse pour ce désagrément

Local attractions

If the kids have anything to do with your itinerary, it may well go like this: Futuroscope (half an hour’s drive) for 4D simulator rides, thrills on ‘Destination Mars’ rollercoaster and musical extravaganzas. Next up could be ZooParc de Beauval (about an hour) to see endangered tigers and honey bears from the cable-car ride above their enclosures. Continuing the wildlife theme, at La Vallée des Singes (also around an hour) you can spot monkeys and gorillas wandering their terrain freely – or how about watching keepers feed reptiles at La Planète des Crocodiles (50 minutes)? There are engaging treasure trails for the whole family at Château de Monthoiron (15 minutes), and if you’ve got the time (and any energy) left, then the spectacular pageants with casts of thousands at Puy du Fou (two hours) will also be quite high on the bucket list. After all that, you deserve your choice of day out too. Have a meander around the medieval walls of historic Chauvigny (35 minutes), and explore the photogenic ruins of the Château des Evêques. If you feel like an indulgent adults-only escape, book a spa treatment at the thermal resort in La Roche-Posay (15 minutes).

Booking terms and conditions

Admission

Admission is only permitted after registering at reception.
All guests spending the night at the park must present their ID at the reception desk and sign registration forms.
Under 18s must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.

Arrivals and departures

Late arrivals must notify the park as soon as possible. Your booking will be held for 24 hours. After this period the management reserves the right to relet your unit.
No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.
Units will be allocated on arrival.

Dogs

A valid vaccination certificate must accompany your dog.
Dogs must be kept on leads and supervised at all times.
Guide dogs are allowed on site free of charge.
Your dog must be tattooed or microchipped.

Hired accommodation

Hired accommodation: €560.00 (£466.25) damage/cleanliness/bracelet deposit is required on arrival and will be refunded on departure after inspection of your unit should no damage/losses be found.
Your unit must be left clean and tidy; a fine of €60.00 (£49.96) will be charged for unclean units upon departure.

Occupancy

No hen/stag parties permitted via Pitchup.com.

Pool

Only park guests are authorised to use the pool.
Please note there is no lifeguard on duty.
Swimsuits are obligatory and swimming shorts or Bermuda shorts are not permitted.
The outdoor swimming pool is open between 01/07 and 31/08 (subject to weather conditions).

Reception

There is no reception on-site: on arrival please contact the number provided on your booking confirmation.

Safety

Firearms are not permitted.
Swimming in the lake is not allowed.

Vehicles

No vehicle movement between 11 p.m. and 7 a.m..
Only one car is to be parked by the pitch. Extra vehicles must be parked in the designated area.
Twin axle vehicles are not permitted on site.
