Disliked Having the narrowest lane for our average sized motorhome that it wouldn’t fit down we payed for our own wc shower kitchen on site when arrived had to put €300 deposit down then told you had to wear speedos no swim shorts when I realised plot was far to small for any motorhome I was told from behind a locked door they where closed @12.30 in the afternoon and wanted me to wait till 5pm we left the site and found a much better one definitely wouldn’t recommend

From the manager: You did indeed book a private toilet block at our campsite for your motorhome. You’re neither the first nor the last person to have made a booking, and yet you’re the only one who hasn’t managed to park there! The private toilet block is a small building equipped with a kitchen and a bathroom, so of course we take a deposit for every booking, which we return when guests leave. As for wearing speedos in our swimming pool, this is a French regulation that everyone must comply with; foreign visitors are no exception to the rule. As for our opening hours, they’re displayed on the reception door, you simply need to check. When management were informed that you were unable to park, we immediately offered you alternative pitches, which you turned down. You therefore left the campsite after spending less than 15 minutes there… But we’re delighted that you found what you were looking for elsewhere!

From the manager: Nous sommes navrés que vous ne soyez pas 100% satisfait de votre séjour chez nous. Nous notons bien sûr les points d'amélioration que vous avez cités. Concernant nos horaires d'ouverture, ils sont publics : sur notre site internet, sur google et sur la porte de la réception. Toutes les informations pratiques et nécessaires au bon déroulement de votre séjour vous sont délivrées au moment de votre arrivée, à l'oral et sur le livret d'accueil qui vous est remis. Tout y est précisé, il faut simplement le lire. Quant à la localisation des plages par rapport au camping, elles sont bien indiquées sur les différents plan de l'île. Celle de Gatseau est en effet vaseuse à marée basse, mais permet de faire de belles pêches à pied !

Pas de supérette, acceuil plus que moyen , endroit pour vidé les eaux grises et remplir en eau nul , un sanitaire vétuste, soirée moules frites nul acceuil restaurant nul camping équivalent à un deux étoiles et non aux quatre qu'il à en se moment

Pitches very small and crammed in too close together. No hedges or fences meant very little privacy and people regularly walked across our pitch.
Cleanliness of the toilets and showers needs attention. Hairs in the showers. Walls need a deep clean. Cobwebs everywhere. WiFi not free.
