Disliked: La piscina fuera del camping y sucia(sobretodo la que tiene el tobogán , la otra estaba bien ).
Está un poco dejado( parcelas,limpieza baños y antiguos)

La piscina no forma parte del camping, así que en cuanto a la limpieza, no nos encargamos de eso.

Nuestros bloques sanitarios son viejos pero limpios y se limpian dos veces al día.

Nuestras parcelas están muy bien cuidadas, así que no entiendo tu opinión al respecto.

Sentimos si los encontraste sucios (porque no vamos detrás de cada cliente una vez que ha hecho sus necesidades...).

Lástima que me hubiera gustado discutir todo esto contigo...

Lo siento si su estancia con nosotros no le satisfizo.

Liked: The staff is friendly. Pitches are well maintained and the sanitary room is very clean!

Disliked: Everything is a bit out dated but really didn't hinder us front having a fantastic short stay!

Disliked: Que no hubiese una puerta abierta para ir a la piscina directamente habiendo puertas casi directas cerradas

El columpio está allí, está justo al lado de la recepción, y sí, lo siento por la puerta de la piscina, no estaba abierta cuando se suponía que debía estar, lo siento por eso. Espero que haya tenido una buena estancia y que nos veremos de nuevo en Le Paradis.

Local attractions

It would be almost criminal not to take advantage of your proximity to Cognac to explore some of the local distilleries, many of which arrange guided tours and tastings of their liquid nectar. Domaine de Birius (five minutes’ drive), just on the other side of Pons, also runs cocktail workshops and musical soirées with apéro. Le Château des Enigmes (five minutes) is a theme park on the grounds of an elegant Renaissance castle. Among the attractions here are a small farm with pygmy goats, a treetop course and a wooded area dotted with the clues for a treasure hunt. The Gironde Estuary (half an hour) is a top spot for a waterfront hike, stopping at places like the Ermitage monolithe de Mortagne-sur-Gironde, an 11th-century hermitage carved out of a cliff; the museum at the Gallo-Roman site of Le Fâ, with its archaeological collection; and assorted scenic points.

Booking terms and conditions

Admission

Admission is only permitted after registering at reception.
All guests spending the night at the park must present their ID at the reception desk and sign registration forms.
Under 18s must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.

Arrivals and departures

Late arrivals must notify the park as soon as possible. Your booking will be held for 24 hours. After this period the management reserves the right to relet your unit.
No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.
Units will be allocated on arrival.

Dogs

A valid vaccination certificate must accompany your dog.
Dogs must be kept on leads and supervised at all times.
The site does not accept breeds/crossbreeds listed in the Dangerous Dogs Act (i.e. XL Bully, Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, and Fila Brasileiro) and/or any of the following: Staffordshire bull terrier, American Staffordshire terrier, Rottweiler, any Mastiff or Tosa.

Motorbike(s) can be brought instead of the car(s) included.

General

Discount cards and gift vouchers cannot be applied to bookings made via Pitchup.com.
In the event of a complaint, please speak to reception immediately. Complaints which are not brought to the management's attention during your stay cannot be dealt with once you have left the site.
Radio, music and TV players must be kept at a low volume. Car doors and boots must be closed quietly.
The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behaviour is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.
The site is not liable for any refund in the event of force majeure.

You must follow the management directives when pitching your tent/unit and related equipment.

Firearms are not permitted.
No charcoal barbecues allowed.
No gas barbecues allowed.

Vehicles

Only one car is to be parked by the pitch. Extra vehicles must be parked in the designated area.
The car is only included in the rate if you are travelling with a touring caravan or a tent. If you wish to bring a car along with your motorhome/campervan please select the extra.
Twin axle vehicles are not permitted on site.
