Liked Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce camping à taille humaine, exactement comme nous les apprécions ! L'accueil a été chaleureux et attentionné, ce qui nous a tout de suite mis à l'aise. Les sanitaires étaient d'une propreté irréprochable et suffisamment spacieux pour garantir un confort optimal. Proche des commerces. Petit marché artisanal au sein du camping.
Nous garderons précieusement l'adresse de ce camping et n'hésiterons pas à y revenir lors de nos prochaines vacances. Un grand merci à toute l'équipe

Liked The staff, they were all very friendly and helpful. Very quick to help with the noisey play area which should have been quiet from 11pm.
Access to the pool through out our stay.
Decent sized pitch.
Although dated toilets and showers, they were very clean.
Disliked No choice of pitch which was right next to volleyball/football pitch. Children’s play area was very very noisy well in to the early hours. Made it very difficult to relax during the day and sleep at night.
Had to pick up dog poo from our pitch when we arrived. Lots of stinging nettles on the grass and around the pitch.

Liked Nous avons passé un agréable séjour au camping Sun Océan. Nous étions avec nos deux petits enfants de 8 et 5 ans et c'était notre premier séjour en camping. Nous avons apprécié le climat familial et la piscine. Nous étions en camping car.
Disliked L'emplacement qui nous a été attribué était vraiment en pente. Donc difficultés pour la table.
Par ailleurs il y avait une bouche d'égout sur cet emplacement que nous avons bouché avec une pierre.
Les sanitaires bien que propres sont un peu vieillots et parfois des odeurs (cela dépendait des moments)

Liked All the staff at the site were friendly, limited English but not a problem, all eager to help. Site is within walking distance of 2 supermarkets and bakery. plus the village of Talmont was about 15-20 minutes walk. Well worth it to see castle and local church. In addition there is zcycle route through the village which goes through a park with large lake, bar, cafe and children’s play area. The site was quiet when we stayed for 2 weeks in June. The pool got busy of an afternoon- 6 people at the most!!Site is tidy and well maintained. It is in a semi rural position so good for peace and quiet and relaxation.
Disliked On the negative side, the shower block needs some work doing on it- some floor tiles missing along drain channels, no soap in hand dispensers in sinks. Limited opening times of bar, although this was probably due to low numbers staying on site. Local bus service only runs a few times during the day. The pitches are a decent size however if you have a larger motorhome it could be tricky to get and out of plot.
