Admission

• Admission is only permitted after registering at reception.
• All guests spending the night at the park must present their ID at the reception desk and sign registration forms.
• Under 18s must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.

Arrivals and departures

• Late arrivals must notify the park as soon as possible. Your booking will be held for 24 hours. After this period the management reserves the right to relet your unit.
• No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.
• The site will send you further check-in information 5 day(s) before your arrival.
• Units will be allocated on arrival.

Dogs

• A valid vaccination certificate must accompany your dog.
• Dogs must be kept on leads and supervised at all times.
• Guide dogs are allowed on site free of charge.
• The site does not accept breeds/crossbreeds listed in the Dangerous Dogs Act (i.e. XL Bully, Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, and Fila Brasileiro).
• The site only allows dogs up to 15kg.

General

• Entertainment and activities are available between 01/07 and 31/08.
• In the event of a complaint, please speak to reception immediately. Complaints which are not brought to the management's attention during your stay cannot be dealt with once you have left the site.
• Public areas are non-smoking.
• Radio, music and TV players must be kept at a low volume. Car doors and boots must be closed quietly.
• The bar is open between 15/06 and 15/09.
• The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behaviour is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.
• The restaurant is open between 15/06 and 15/09.
• The site is not liable for any refund in the event of force majeure.

Hired accommodation

• Hired accommodation: a €300.00 (£262.51) damage/cleanliness/bracelet deposit is required within 8 days of arrival and will be refunded within 10 day(s) of departure after inspection of your unit, should no damage/losses be found.
• Hired accommodation: €300.00 (£262.51) damage/cleanliness/bracelet deposit is required on arrival and will be refunded on departure after inspection of your unit should no damage/losses be found.
• The damage/cleanliness/bracelet deposit required on arrival can only be paid for in cash.
• Your unit must be left clean and tidy; a fine of €100.00 (£87.50) will be charged for unclean units upon departure.

Occupancy

• No hen/stag parties permitted via Pitchup.com.
• Single-sex bookings of 5 or more people (couples and immediate family members excepted) are not permitted via Pitchup.com.

Pool

• Only park guests are authorised to use the pool.
• Please note there is no lifeguard on duty.
• Swimsuits are obligatory and swimming shorts or Bermuda shorts are not permitted.
• The indoor swimming pool is open between 03/04 and 31/10.
• The outdoor swimming pool is open between 15/06 and 15/09 (subject to weather conditions).

Reception

• Reception is closed from 12 a.m. to 12 a.m.. No arrivals are permitted between these times.
• Reception is open from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 1:30 p.m. to 6 p.m. between 03/04 and 31/10.
• Reception is open from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 1:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. between 01/07 and 31/08.
• Reception is unmanned after 7 p.m.. Please inform the site while on your way there should you expect to arrive after this time, so that the team can provide information about your unit/pitch.

Safety

• Firearms are not permitted.
• No charcoal barbecues allowed.
• No electric barbecues allowed.
• Open fires are prohibited.

Vehicles

• No vehicle movement between 11 p.m. and 7 a.m..
• Only one car is to be parked by the pitch. Extra vehicles must be parked in the designated area.

Visitors

• Visitors’ cars are not permitted on site.
• Visitors must leave the premises by 10 p.m..
• Visitors must register at reception and pay their fee.
