On-site accommodation

Admission

• Admission is only permitted after registering at reception.
• Under 18s must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.

Arrivals and departures

• Late arrivals must notify the park as soon as possible. Your booking will be held for 24 hours. After this period the management reserves the right to relet your unit.
• No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.
• The site will send you further check-in information 30 day(s) before your arrival.
• Units will be allocated on arrival.

Changes to your holiday

• Changes cannot be made once you have booked.

General

• Bookings are nominative and non-transferable.
• Entertainment and activities are available between 07/07 and 30/08.
• In the event of a complaint, please speak to reception immediately. Complaints which are not brought to the management's attention during your stay cannot be dealt with once you have left the site.
• Please note that the toilet/shower facilities are unisex.
• Public areas are non-smoking.
• Quiet hours must be respected between 12 a.m. and 8 a.m..
• Radio, music and TV players must be kept at a low volume. Car doors and boots must be closed quietly.
• The bar is open between 07/07 and 31/08.
• The games room is open between 07/07 and 30/08.
• The grocery shop is open between 07/07 and 30/08.
• The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behaviour is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.
• The restaurant is open between 07/07 and 31/08.
• The site is not liable for any refund in the event of force majeure.

Hired accommodation

• Hired accommodation: a €300.00 (£253.65) damage/cleanliness/bracelet deposit is required within 1 days of arrival and will be refunded within 8 day(s) of departure after inspection of your unit, should no damage/losses be found.
• No naked flames are allowed inside the hired accommodation units.
• Your unit must be left clean and tidy; a fine of €80.00 (£68.36) will be charged for unclean units upon departure.

Occupancy

• The site caters for families (immediate members) and couples only - bookings from all other forms of groups are not accepted.

Pool

• Only park guests are authorised to use the pool.
• Please note there is no lifeguard on duty.
• Swimsuits are obligatory and swimming shorts or Bermuda shorts are not permitted.
• The indoor swimming pool is open between 20/04 and 20/09.

Reception

• If reception is closed on arrival: please contact the number provided on your booking confirmation.
• Reception is open from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. between 20/04 and 29/06.
• Reception is open from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. between 31/08 - 20/09 and 31/08 - 20/09.
• Reception is open from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. between 29/06 and 30/08.

Safety

• Firearms are not permitted.
• Guests are advised to bring a good quality torch with them as parts of the site are unlit.
• Open fires are prohibited.

Vehicles

• No vehicle movement between 10:30 p.m. and 8 a.m..
• Only one car is to be parked by the pitch. Extra vehicles must be parked in the designated area.

Visitors

• Visitors’ cars are not permitted on site.
• Visitors must leave the premises by 11 p.m..
• Visitors must register at reception and pay their fee.
