On-site accommodation

Admission

• All guests spending the night at the park must present their ID at the reception desk and sign registration forms.
• Under 18s must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.

Arrivals and departures

• Late arrivals must notify the park as soon as possible. Your booking will be held for 24 hours. After this period the management reserves the right to relet your unit.
• No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.
• Units will be allocated on arrival.

Changes to your holiday

• Bookings cannot be amended within 35 day(s) of arrival.

General

• Bookings are nominative and non-transferable.
• Entertainment and activities are available between 05/07 and 31/08.
• In the event of a complaint, please speak to reception immediately. Complaints which are not brought to the management's attention during your stay cannot be dealt with once you have left the site.
• Quiet hours must be respected between 11 p.m. and 7 a.m..
• Radio, music and TV players must be kept at a low volume. Car doors and boots must be closed quietly.
• The bar is open between 05/04 and 20/09.
• The grocery shop is open between 05/04 and 20/09.
• The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behaviour is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.
• The restaurant is open between 05/07 and 31/08.
• The site is not liable for any refund in the event of force majeure.
• This site does have a catch-and-return fishing policy in place.

Hired accommodation

• Hired accommodation: a €200.00 (£164.88) damage/cleanliness/bracelet deposit is required within 10 days of arrival and will be refunded within 7 day(s) of departure after inspection of your unit, should no damage/losses be found.
• No naked flames are allowed inside the hired accommodation units.
• Your unit must be left clean and tidy; a fine of €70.00 (£57.71) will be charged for unclean units upon departure.

Occupancy

• Group bookings of 12 or more adults are not permitted (couples and immediate family members excepted).
• Group bookings of 3 or more units (e.g. tent, touring caravan, motorhome or accommodation hire) travelling together are not permitted via Pitchup.com.
• No hen/stag parties permitted via Pitchup.com.
• The site caters for families (immediate members) and couples only - bookings from all other forms of groups are not accepted.

Pool

• Only park guests are authorised to use the pool.
• Please note there is no lifeguard on duty.
• Swimsuits are obligatory and swimming shorts or Bermuda shorts are not permitted.
• The indoor swimming pool is open between 05/04 and 20/09.
• The outdoor swimming pool is open between 05/04 and 20/09 (subject to weather conditions).

Reception

• Reception is open from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 2:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. between 05/07 and 30/08.
• Reception is open from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 2:30 p.m. to 6 p.m. between 05/04 - 04/07 and 31/08 - 20/09.
• Reception is unmanned after 6 p.m.. Please inform the site while on your way there should you expect to arrive after this time, so that the team can provide information about your unit/pitch.

Safety

• Firearms are not permitted.
• Fires, barbecues and/or firepits will not be permitted in dry, windy and/or hot weather conditions.
• No charcoal barbecues allowed.
• No electric barbecues allowed.
• Open fires are prohibited.
• Swimming in the lake is not allowed.

Vehicles

• Commercial vehicles (vehicles used for work-related purposes, carrying goods or fare-paying passengers) and sign-written vehicles are not permitted on site.
• No cars/motorbikes by the pitch/unit. All cars must be parked in the designated area.

Visitors

• Visitors’ cars are not permitted on site.
• Visitors must leave the premises by 10 p.m..
• Visitors must register at reception and pay their fee.
