Rustic nature of site
Very laid-back atmosphere
Disliked Rather challenging entry and exit to site for larger outfits. In fairness our caravan is 8 metres long x 8 feet wide, and with some maneuvering managed it.

I am quite disappointed with the rating but I can understand that access played a big part in your assessment.
As I explained to you directly, the project to widen access is currently in the hands of the French administration and I cannot do anything at this time. I would like to point out again that motorhomes longer than yours have entered without difficulty in the past.

Liked We had such a wonderful stay here! The host was extremely kind and helpful, making us feel welcome right from the start. The campsite itself is beautifully maintained, surrounded by greenery and so peaceful – the perfect place to relax and unwind.
The area is tranquil, with plenty of space to sit back and enjoy nature.Everything was calm, quiet, and very comfortable.
If you’re looking for a place to recharge in a serene and beautiful setting with a host who truly cares, this is the spot. Highly recommended!

Great host, lovely site with clean facilities in a lovely area.

Liked Ludovic is the perfect host and nothing is too much trouble. He even lent me a blanket because I said I was cold on my first night. We share an interest in plants and he has grown all but the large conifer trees on his site. The cooking area and other facilities are very clean and I could not ask for more.
Disliked There was nothing I disliked and shope and fuel station are in the village 1km from the campsite. I will return when visiting France again, soon I hope.

Liked We liked it so much that we went back! Ludovic gave us such a lovely welcome. The facilities were everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It is a reasonably priced rural campsite with well-maintained flat pitches. During our trip around France we visited 7 campsites and this was a favourite - that is why we chose to go back on our return to the UK too!
