What customers say
This is a well-maintained, peaceful campsite with a strong emphasis on hospitality. Guests consistently praise the friendliness and helpfulness of the owners, Nicolas and Julie. Pitches are noted for being spacious and private, often separated by hedges. Facilities, including toilet and shower blocks, are frequently described as clean and well-equipped. Many reviewers appreciate the convenience of fresh bread and pastry deliveries to pitches and the on-site pizza option. The site's location is highlighted as ideal for exploring local WWII museums, towns, and as a convenient stopover point for ferry crossings to the UK, being less than an hour from Calais. Some minor points mentioned include occasional low water pressure in showers and WiFi availability being limited to the main house area. The presence of animals like goats and chickens is often seen as a charming bonus.

Disliked Het feit dat er geen tijdslimiet zat aan het op en af rijden op de camping. Storend als gasten nog om 23.00 uur aankomen.

Great couple running this campsite which has everything you would want
Electric optional grass pitch
Liked Really lovely welcome from the owners. Even though the lady did not speak much English she was considerate and spoke French slow enough for us to understand what she was saying. Good size pitch and great facilities. Bread being delivered to your pitch in the morning was superb too. Excellent location under an hour from Dunkirk ferry and easy walk into town to visit the Gasto Restaurant which was really good.
Disliked Didn't dislike anything but would be great if the WiFi reached the campsite. Saying that provision to be able to sit in a separate room to reach the WiFi was really thoughtful

A great stop over site near Calais, great welcome and pizza!
Electric optional grass pitch
Liked The size of the pitch, good clean facilities but the best thing about this site is the owner Nicolas and his family who work hard to make this campsite feel special - Nicolas is the friendliest most cheerful host ever!
