Camping and touring

On-site accommodation

Admission

• Admission is only permitted after registering at reception.
• At least one of the party members must be aged 18 or over.

Arrivals and departures

• Late arrivals must notify the park as soon as possible. Your booking will be held for 24 hours. After this period the management reserves the right to relet your unit.
• No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.

Dogs

• A valid vaccination certificate must accompany your dog.
• Dogs are prohibited from main facilities and amenities.
• Dogs must be kept on leads and supervised at all times.
• Your dog must be tattooed or microchipped.

General

• Discount cards and gift vouchers cannot be applied to bookings made via Pitchup.com.
• In the event of a complaint, please speak to reception immediately. Complaints which are not brought to the management's attention during your stay cannot be dealt with once you have left the site.
• Public areas are non-smoking.
• Radio, music and TV players must be kept at a low volume. Car doors and boots must be closed quietly.
• The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behaviour is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.
• The site is not liable for any refund in the event of force majeure.

Hired accommodation

• Hired accommodation: a €300.00 (£258.78) damage/cleanliness deposit hold is required prior to arrival and will be released within 24 hours of your departure date after inspection of your unit should no damage/losses be found. The site will contact you for your card details so that the deposit is pre-authorised on the card used to make your booking.
• No naked flames are allowed inside the hired accommodation units.
• Your unit must be left clean and tidy; a fine of €60.00 (£51.76) will be charged for unclean units upon departure.

Occupancy

• No hen/stag parties permitted via Pitchup.com.

Pitches

• You must follow the management directives when pitching your tent/unit and related equipment.

Pool

• Only park guests are authorised to use the pool.
• Please note there is no lifeguard on duty.

Reception

• If reception is closed on arrival: please contact the number provided on your booking confirmation.
• Reception is unmanned after 7 p.m.. Please inform the site while on your way there should you expect to arrive after this time, so that the team can provide information about your unit/pitch.

Safety

• Firearms are not permitted.
• Open fires are prohibited.

Vehicles

• No vehicle movement between 7 a.m. and 11 p.m..
• The charging of electric vehicles is not permitted on site.

Visitors

• Visitors must register at reception and pay their fee.
