On-site accommodation

Admission

• Admission is only permitted after registering at reception.
• All guests spending the night at the park must present their ID at the reception desk and sign registration forms.
• At least one of the party members must be aged 18 or over.
• Under 18s must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.

Arrivals and departures

• If the reception is closed on arrival, please check in at the snack.
• Late arrivals must notify the park as soon as possible. Your booking will be held for 24 hours. After this period the management reserves the right to relet your unit.
• No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.
• Units will be allocated on arrival.

Dogs

• A valid vaccination certificate must accompany your dog.
• Dogs must be kept on leads and supervised at all times.
• The site does not accept breeds/crossbreeds listed in the Dangerous Dogs Act (i.e. XL Bully, Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, and Fila Brasileiro) and/or any of the following: Staffordshire bull terrier, American Staffordshire terrier, Rottweiler, any Mastiff or Tosa.

Extras

• Motorbike(s) can be brought instead of the car(s) included.
• Please select an electric hook-up if you wish to hire a fridge.

General

• Bookings are nominative and non-transferable.
• Entertainment and activities are available between 12/07 and 22/08.
• In the event of a complaint, please speak to reception immediately. Complaints which are not brought to the management's attention during your stay cannot be dealt with once you have left the site.
• Please note that the shower facilities are unisex.
• Please note that the toilet facilities are unisex.

• Public areas are non-smoking.
• Quiet hours must be respected between 10:30 p.m. and 7 a.m..
• Radio, music and TV players must be kept at a low volume. Car doors and boots must be closed quietly.
• Refunds within the indicated cancellation period are only possible if the site is able to relet your unit/pitch.
• The bar is open between 01/05 and 15/09.
• The games room is open between 01/07 and 27/09.
• The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behaviour is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.
• The restaurant is open between 12/07 and 30/08.
• The site is not liable for any refund in the event of force majeure.
• This is a quiet site: no music is allowed.
• You'll need an Environment Agency rod licence (you'll need to apply for this beforehand).

Hired accommodation

• Hired accommodation: a €420.00 (£350.12) damage/cleanliness/bracelet deposit is required within 0 days of arrival and will be refunded within 3 day(s) of departure after inspection of your unit, should no damage/losses be found.
• Your unit must be left clean and tidy; a fine of €60.00 (£50.02) will be charged for unclean units upon departure.

Occupancy

• Group bookings of 6 or more adults are not permitted (couples and immediate family members excepted).
• No hen/stag parties permitted via Pitchup.com.
• The site caters for families (immediate members) and couples only - bookings from all other forms of groups are not accepted.

Pitches

• A cable measuring at least 5 metres is needed for the electric hook-ups.
• Pitches: a €20.00 (£16.67) deposit is required on arrival and will be refunded on departure when returning the gate badge/barrier pass/toilet keys.
• You must follow the management directives when pitching your tent/unit and related equipment.

Reception

• If reception is closed on arrival: please contact the number provided on your booking confirmation.
• Reception is open from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 2:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. between 12/04 and 12/07.
• Reception is open from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. between 12/07 and 23/08.

Safety

• Firearms are not permitted.
• Fires, barbecues and/or firepits will not be permitted in dry, windy and/or hot weather conditions.
• Guests are advised to bring a good quality torch with them as parts of the site are unlit.
• No charcoal barbecues allowed.
• No electric barbecues allowed.
• No gas barbecues allowed.
• Only one parent/child pair at a time may use each structure in the play area.
• Open fires are prohibited.
• Swimming in the lake is allowed.

Vehicles

• No vehicle movement between 10:30 p.m. and 7 a.m..
• Only one car is to be parked by the pitch. Extra vehicles must be parked in the designated area.
• The charging of electric vehicles is not permitted on site.
• Twin axle vehicles are not permitted on site.
• Units heavier than 3500 are not allowed.

Visitors

• Visitors’ cars are not permitted on site.
• Visitors must leave the premises by 10:30 p.m..
• Visitors must register at reception and pay their fee.
