Admission

• Admission is only permitted after registering at reception.
• At least one of the party members must be aged 18 or over.

Arrivals and departures

• No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.

Dogs

• Dogs are not allowed if you are staying in the accommodation units.
• Dogs are prohibited from main facilities and amenities.
• Dogs must be kept on leads and supervised at all times.
• Guide dogs are allowed on site free of charge.
• The site does not accept breeds/crossbreeds listed in the Dangerous Dogs Act (i.e. XL Bully, Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, and Fila Brasileiro) and/or any of the following: Staffordshire bull terrier, American Staffordshire terrier, Rottweiler, any Mastiff or Tosa.

Extras

• JOURNEE: access to the swimming pool is not included in the rate and is charged €1.80 (£1.49) per adult and €1.80 (£1.49) per child per 1.80.
• Motorbike(s) can be brought instead of the car(s) included.

General

• Please note that the toilet/shower facilities are unisex.
• Quiet hours must be respected between 2 a.m. and 6 a.m..
• The bar is open between 10/04 and 26/10.
• The fishing lakes are stocked with TRUITES.
• The grocery shop is open between 02/01 and 20/12.
• The restaurant is open between 01/05 and 30/09.
• You'll need an Environment Agency rod licence (you'll need to apply for this beforehand).

Hired accommodation

• Hired accommodation: a €360.00 (£297.16) damage/cleanliness/bracelet deposit is required within 0 days of arrival and will be refunded within 0 day(s) of departure after inspection of your unit, should no damage/losses be found.
• Hired accommodation: €360.00 (£297.16) damage/cleanliness/bracelet deposit is required on arrival and will be refunded on departure after inspection of your unit should no damage/losses be found.
• Your unit must be left clean and tidy; a fine of €60.00 (£49.53) will be charged for unclean units upon departure.

Pool

• Swimsuits are obligatory and swimming shorts or Bermuda shorts are not permitted.

Reception

• Reception is open from 12 a.m. to 12 a.m. and from 12 a.m. to 12 a.m. between 19/07 and 22/08.
• Reception is open from 9 a.m. to 12 a.m. and from 12 a.m. to 8 p.m. between 10/04 and 26/10.

Safety

• No electric barbecues allowed.
• Open fires are prohibited.

Visitors

• Visitors must leave the premises by 10 p.m..
