Liked: Nous avons adoré l'ambiance camping. L'emplacement pour notre camping car était parfait. Le bloc sanitaire individuel est le top. La piscine et les différentes animations sont très appréciables.
Le calme lié aux horaires appliqués est un top

Disliked: S'il fallait un point négatif bien qu'il appartienne a Dame Nature, les fientes des oiseaux constituent un certains désagréments..

Liked: Petit camping reposant douche et sanitaire propre la 3/4 du temps espace vaisselle et laverie également

Disliked: Nous étions à l’emplacement RI numéro 11 et je ne me m’attendais clairement pas à avoir un emplacement peut pratique je suppose que cette emplacement à la base étais à un mobil home ce qui me paraîtrait plus logique nous avons pas de pelouse pour planter nos sardine mes plutôt plein de caillou une terrasse cassé dans tout les sens, de plus le fait que nous avons cette emplacement il étais au soleil pas un endroit d’ombre lés journée fus très compliqué et du fait que nous avons un emplacement avec des caillou j’ai dû regonfler de matelas au moins 4 fois par jour du fait de ne pas avoir de surface plane!!

C’est toute les semaines les même activités, les spectacles pareil c’est bien dommage

Liked: Très bon accueil à la réception et au petit bar du camping. Personnels très serviables, merci à eux.
Sanitaires en bon état.
Belle piscine.

Disliked: Un peu de bruit à notre emplacement à côté du terrain de pétanque et proche de la route.

Liked: Friendly and helpful reception.
Good sized pitches
Facilities a little tired but always clean.
Pool and surrounding area excellent.
Good security with clicker to open the main gate.

Disliked: Wi-fi was free and initially great, but after a day it became very intermittent.

Local attractions

When you’re travelling with energetic kids, you’ll be pleased to know that Agde (five minutes’ drive) has plenty of attractions that will wear them out. Try the old-world amusement rides at Luna Park Cap d’Agde, have a runaround on the floating climbing courses at Aquapark Cap d’Agde (summer only) or let younger offspring loose on the dinosaur trails and mini-golf courses at Dino World Cap d’Agde (all 10 minutes). When splashing about in the Med is the only way to go, you have a choice of sandy swathes from Rochelongue (five minutes by car or 20 minutes’ walk) to Richelieu and the seemingly endless Roquille (both 10 minutes’ drive) beaches. These may be prime spots for topping up the tan, but if you need more sporty action, try out kitesurfing or dinghy sailing from Port du Cap d’Agde (15 minutes). If you feel a late night coming on, head for the fairground rides and amusement arcades of Parc d’Attraction Marseillan Plage after sunset, or jump on the Ferris wheel at Fabrikus World - Europark Vias Plage (both 10 minutes) for after-dark views over the twinkling lights of Agde.

Booking terms and conditions

Admission

Admission is only permitted after registering at reception.
All guests spending the night at the park must present their ID at the reception desk and sign registration forms.
Under 18s must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.

Arrivals and departures

Late arrivals must notify the park as soon as possible. Your booking will be held for 24 hours. After this period the management reserves the right to relet your unit.
No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.
The site will send you further check-in information 7 day(s) before your arrival.
Units will be allocated on arrival.

Dogs

A valid vaccination certificate must accompany your dog.
Dogs must be kept on leads and supervised at all times.
The site does not accept breeds/crossbreeds listed in the Dangerous Dogs Act (i.e. XL Bully, Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, and Fila Brasileiro) and/or any of the following: Staffordshire bull terrier, American Staffordshire terrier, Rottweiler, any Mastiff or Tosa.
Your dog must be tattooed or microchipped.

Extras

Motorbike(s) can be brought instead of the car(s) included.

General

Bookings are nominative and non-transferable.
Discount cards and gift vouchers cannot be applied to bookings made via Pitchup.com.
Entertainment and activities are available between 05/07 and 30/08.
In the event of a complaint, please speak to reception immediately. Complaints which are not brought to the management's attention during your stay cannot be dealt with once you have left the site.
Please note that the toilet/shower facilities are unisex.
Public areas are non-smoking.
Quiet hours must be respected between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m..
Radio, music and TV players must be kept at a low volume. Car doors and boots must be closed quietly.
The bar is open between 25/04 and 31/08.
The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behaviour is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.

Hired accommodation

Hired accommodation: €310.00 (£259.24) damage/cleanliness/bracelet deposit is required on arrival and will be refunded on departure after inspection of your unit should no damage/losses be found.
No naked flames are allowed inside the hired accommodation units.
Your unit must be left clean and tidy; a fine of €100.00 (£83.62) will be charged for unclean units upon departure.

No hen/stag parties permitted via Pitchup.com.

Pitches

A cable measuring at least 5 metres is needed for the electric hook-ups.
Pitches: a €10.00 (£8.36) deposit is required on arrival and will be refunded on departure when returning the gate badge/barrier pass/toilet keys.
You must follow the management directives when pitching your tent/unit and related equipment.

Pool

Only park guests are authorised to use the pool.
Please note there is no lifeguard on duty.
The outdoor swimming pool is open between 25/04 and 28/09 (subject to weather conditions).

Reception

If reception is closed on arrival: please contact the number provided on your booking confirmation.
Reception is open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. between 01/07 and 31/08.
Reception is open from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. between 25/04 - 30/06 and 01/09 - 28/09.

Safety

Barbecues are permitted but must be raised off the ground and attended by an adult at all times.
Firearms are not permitted.
Fires, barbecues and/or firepits will not be permitted in dry, windy and/or hot weather conditions.
No charcoal barbecues allowed.
Open fires are prohibited.

Vehicles

No vehicle movement between 11 p.m. and 7 a.m..
Only one car is to be parked by the pitch. Extra vehicles must be parked in the designated area.
The car is only included in the rate if you are travelling with a touring caravan or a tent. If you wish to bring a car along with your motorhome/campervan please select the extra.
Twin axle vehicles are not permitted on site.

Visitors

Visitors’ cars are not permitted on site.
Visitors must leave the premises by 8 p.m..
Visitors must register at reception and pay their fee.
