On-site accommodation

Admission

• Admission is only permitted after registering at reception.
• All guests spending the night at the park must present their ID at the reception desk and sign registration forms.
• Under 18s must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.

Arrivals and departures

• Late arrivals must notify the park as soon as possible. Your booking will be held for 24 hours. After this period the management reserves the right to relet your unit.
• No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.
• Units will be allocated on arrival.

Dogs

• Dogs must be kept on leads and supervised at all times.
• The site does not accept breeds/crossbreeds listed in the Dangerous Dogs Act (i.e. XL Bully, Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, and Fila Brasileiro) and/or any of the following: Staffordshire bull terrier, American Staffordshire terrier, Rottweiler, any Mastiff or Tosa.

General

• In the event of a complaint, please speak to reception immediately. Complaints which are not brought to the management's attention during your stay cannot be dealt with once you have left the site.
• Quiet hours must be respected between 11 p.m. and 6 a.m..
• The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behaviour is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.
• The restaurant is open between 01/05 and 30/08.
• The sauna (and/or hammam) is open between 01/05 and 30/08.
• The wellness centre is open between 01/05 and 30/08.

Hired accommodation

• Hired accommodation: €150.00 (£124.26) damage/cleanliness/bracelet deposit is required on arrival and will be refunded on departure after inspection of your unit should no damage/losses be found.
• Your unit must be left clean and tidy; a fine of €50.00 (£41.42) will be charged for unclean units upon departure.

Pool

• Only park guests are authorised to use the pool.
• The indoor swimming pool is open between 26/04 and 30/08.

Reception

• Reception is open from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. between 26/04 and 30/08.

Safety

• Barbecues are permitted but must be raised off the ground and attended by an adult at all times.
• Open fires are prohibited.

Vehicles

• No cars/motorbikes by the pitch/unit. All cars must be parked in the designated area.
• No vehicle movement between 11 p.m. and 6 a.m..

Visitors

• Visitors must register at reception and pay their fee.
