Admission

• All guests spending the night at the park must present their ID at the reception desk and sign registration forms.
• At least one of the party members must be aged 18 or over.
• Under 18s must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.
• Unsupervised minors must have a letter of authorisation from their parents or legal guardian.

Arrivals and departures

• Late arrivals must notify the park as soon as possible. Your booking will be held for 24 hours. After this period the management reserves the right to relet your unit.
• No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.
• The site will send you further check-in information 0 day(s) before your arrival.
• Units will be allocated on arrival.

Changes to your holiday

• Bookings cannot be amended within 7 day(s) of arrival.

Dogs

• A valid vaccination certificate must accompany your dog.
• Dogs must be kept on leads and supervised at all times.
• Guide dogs are allowed on site free of charge.
• Your dog must be tattooed or microchipped.

Extras

• Motorbike(s) can be brought instead of the car(s) included.
• Please select an electric hook-up if you wish to hire a fridge.

General

• Bookings are nominative and non-transferable.
• Entertainment and activities are available between 01/07 and 31/08.
• Please note that the toilet/shower facilities are unisex.
• Public areas are non-smoking.
• Quiet hours must be respected between 11 p.m. and 7:30 a.m..
• Radio, music and TV players must be kept at a low volume. Car doors and boots must be closed quietly.
• Refunds within the indicated cancellation period are only possible if the site is able to relet your unit/pitch.
• The bar is open between 10/04 and 27/09.
• The fishing lakes are stocked with brochet , perche, carpe, sandre , ablette , gardons, brème,.
• The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behaviour is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.
• The restaurant is open between 01/07 and 31/08.
• The site is not liable for any refund in the event of force majeure.
• This site pratique have a catch-and-return fishing policy in place.
• You'll need an Environment Agency rod licence (you'll need to apply for this beforehand).

Hired accommodation

• Hired accommodation: a €530.00 (£465.36) damage/cleanliness/bracelet deposit is required within 30 days of arrival and will be refunded within 1 day(s) of departure after inspection of your unit, should no damage/losses be found.
• Hired accommodation: a €530.00 (£465.36) damage/cleanliness deposit hold is required prior to arrival and will be released within 24 hours of your departure date after inspection of your unit should no damage/losses be found. The site will contact you for your card details so that the deposit is pre-authorised on the card used to make your booking.
• Hired accommodation: €450.00 (£395.12) damage/cleanliness/bracelet deposit is required on arrival and will be refunded on departure after inspection of your unit should no damage/losses be found.
• No naked flames are allowed inside the hired accommodation units.
• Your unit must be left clean and tidy; a fine of €80.00 (£70.24) will be charged for unclean units upon departure.

Occupancy

• No hen/stag parties permitted via Pitchup.com.

Pitches

• A cable measuring at least 10 metres is needed for the electric hook-ups.
• Minimum spacing of 10 metres between pitches.

Reception

• If reception is closed on arrival: please contact the number provided on your booking confirmation.
• Reception is closed from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.. No arrivals are permitted between these times.
• Reception is open from 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and from 2:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. between 10/04 and 04/07.
• Reception is open from 8 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and from 2 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. between 04/07 and 31/08.
• Reception is unmanned after 7 p.m.. Please inform the site while on your way there should you expect to arrive after this time, so that the team can provide information about your unit/pitch.

Safety

• Firearms are not permitted.
• Fires, barbecues and/or firepits will not be permitted in dry, windy and/or hot weather conditions.
• Guests are advised to bring a good quality torch with them as parts of the site are unlit.
• No charcoal barbecues allowed.
• Open fires are prohibited.
• Please do not touch or feed the animals.
• Swimming in the lake is allowed.

Vehicles

• No vehicle movement between 10 p.m. and 7:30 a.m..
• The car is only included in the rate if you are travelling with a touring caravan or a tent. If you wish to bring a car along with your motorhome/campervan please select the extra.
• The charging of electric vehicles is not permitted on site.
• Twin axle vehicles are not permitted on site.
• Units longer than 650 metres are not allowed.

Visitors

• Visitors’ cars are not permitted on site.
• Visitors must leave the premises by 10 p.m..
• Visitors must register at reception and pay their fee.
