Disliked French crapper in the toilet

Liked Location, the bar/cafe.

Disliked The pitch was small and not well looked after.
Finding it was difficult as there are 3 different campsite entrances in that location.

Liked Layout of site in to small areas was excellent and a great location.

Disliked Swimming rules were completely ignored and no body to enforce them. So lots of ball games and jumping in, not much fun trying to swim. In the end we stopped going.

Liked Good pitch, lovely pool, clean facilities, bread on order. Roscoff delightful (by bus from town). Great market in St Pol on Tuesdays. 2 good quality restaurants a short walk or bike away.

Disliked The beach was less attractive than we hoped.

Liked We liked the layout of the site and its coastal location. Friendly staff and good WiFi (At a price!). Cafe small but effective.

Disliked While the staff are very welcoming the check-in, it was very drawn out and we queued a long time with others to get checked it. Either more staff are required at check-in or reduce the chat and get people onto the site quicked.

Our pitch had two deep groves in it which caused seating / safety issues. I would suggest more periodic checks before allocating pitches.

You can book bread/rolls etc the day before for collection the next morning ... great idea but hit and miss ... one day there was no bagettes left the following morning despite pre-booking the bread.

We are glad you enjoyed the campsite layout, seaside location, café, and the friendliness of our team.

Regarding check-in, a new information board has been installed at the entrance to allow guests without reservations to pre-register, helping to ease and speed up arrivals. We also do our best to keep a warm and personal welcome for every guest.

We also take note of your comments regarding pitch condition.

Concerning the bread service, we will pass on your feedback to the snack bar team, which is independently managed, in order to improve this point.

Liked Even in end of season it's a busy passing-through place (being do close to Roscoff) but the pitches are a reasonable size, and nicely separated. Good facilities, pleasant bar with snacks - moules frites delicious.
Easy access to strolls beside the sea, or into town.

Disliked Given the fact that it is very busy and not exactly cheap, the lack of site-wide WiFi is not impressive.

The site's a bit under-helpful in terms of displayed local help.
Our SatNav stupidly brought us in via a very narrow road - the site cannot be responsible for that, but it COULD have a map on display, showing the recommended route out, and towards Roscoff.
AND the same applies to walking routes into town, of which there are several.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re truly sorry to hear that your stay did not fully meet your expectations.

Regarding the Wi-Fi, we completely understand your comment. The good news is that from next season, Wi-Fi will be available throughout the entire campsite (as a paid service) to offer greater comfort to our guests.

As for the electrical issues, they were unfortunately caused by a storm that had weakened our network. Our technical teams worked day and night to restore power as quickly as possible. We fully understand how inconvenient this must have been and sincerely apologize for the disruption.

We also appreciate your suggestions about providing more local information and clearer route guidance these are very relevant points, and we’ll take them into consideration to help future guests move around more easily.

Liked Lovely, clean, well managed site in a beautiful location.

Disliked Push button showers were very awkward to us with only short spurts of water that took ages to get warm.
