On-site accommodation

Admission

• All guests spending the night at the park must present their ID at the reception desk and sign registration forms.
• At least one of the party members must be aged 18 or over.
• Under 18s must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.

Arrivals and departures

• Late arrivals must notify the park as soon as possible. Your booking will be held for 24 hours. After this period the management reserves the right to relet your unit.
• No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.
• Please pick any available pitch on arrival.
• Units will be allocated on arrival.

Dogs

• A valid vaccination certificate must accompany your dog.
• Dogs are prohibited from main facilities and amenities.
• Dogs must be kept on leads and supervised at all times.
• Guide dogs are allowed on site free of charge.
• The site does not accept breeds/crossbreeds listed in the Dangerous Dogs Act (i.e. XL Bully, Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, and Fila Brasileiro).
• The site does not accept breeds/crossbreeds listed in the Dangerous Dogs Act (i.e. XL Bully, Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, and Fila Brasileiro) and/or any of the following: Staffordshire bull terrier, American Staffordshire terrier, Rottweiler, any Mastiff or Tosa.
• Your dog must be tattooed or microchipped.

Extras

• Motorbike(s) can be brought instead of the car(s) included.
• Please select an electric hook-up if you wish to hire a fridge.

General

• Entertainment and activities are available between 01/07 and 31/08.
• In the event of a complaint, please speak to reception immediately. Complaints which are not brought to the management's attention during your stay cannot be dealt with once you have left the site.
• Please note that the toilet/shower facilities are unisex.
• Public areas are non-smoking.
• The bar is open between 07/04 and 26/09.
• The games room is open between 07/04 and 26/09.
• The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behaviour is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.
• The restaurant is open between 07/04 and 26/09.
• The sauna (and/or hammam) is open between 07/04 and 26/09.
• The site is not liable for any refund in the event of force majeure.
• The wellness centre is open between 07/04 and 26/09.
• This site pratique have a catch-and-return fishing policy in place.
• You'll need an Environment Agency rod licence (you'll need to apply for this beforehand).

Hired accommodation

• Hired accommodation: a €300.00 (£249.99) damage/cleanliness/bracelet deposit is required within 0 days of arrival and will be refunded within 3 day(s) of departure after inspection of your unit, should no damage/losses be found.
• No naked flames are allowed inside the hired accommodation units.
• The damage/cleanliness/bracelet deposit required on arrival can only be paid for in cash.

Occupancy

• No hen/stag parties permitted via Pitchup.com.

Pitches

• A cable measuring at least 10 metres is needed for the electric hook-ups.

Pool

• Only park guests are authorised to use the pool.
• Please note there is no lifeguard on duty.
• Swimsuits are obligatory and swimming shorts or Bermuda shorts are not permitted.
• The indoor swimming pool is open between 07/04 and 26/09.

Reception

• If reception is closed on arrival: please contact the number provided on your booking confirmation.
• Reception is closed from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m.. No arrivals are permitted between these times.
• Reception is open from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. and from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. between 07/04 and 05/07.
• Reception is open from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. between 05/07 and 29/08.

Safety

• Barbecues are permitted but must be raised off the ground and attended by an adult at all times.
• Firearms are not permitted.
• Guests are advised to bring a good quality torch with them as parts of the site are unlit.
• Open fires are prohibited.
• Please do not touch or feed the animals.
• Swimming in the lake is not allowed.

Taxes

• Local city/eco tax is included in the rate.

Vehicles

• No vehicle movement between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m..
• Only one car is to be parked by the pitch. Extra vehicles must be parked in the designated area.
• The car is only included in the rate if you are travelling with a touring caravan or a tent. If you wish to bring a car along with your motorhome/campervan please select the extra.
• The charging of electric vehicles is not permitted on site.
• Twin axle vehicles are not permitted on site.
• Units longer than 8 metres are not allowed.

Visitors

• Visitors’ cars are not permitted on site.
• Visitors must register at reception and pay their fee.
