Emerald Coast Gîtes and Lodges is a glamping site in Hénansal, 15 minutes from Brittany's Emerald Coast. The glamping rentals let you get back to nature, but with the added comfort of floors, bathrooms and kitchens. Luxury touches in the lodges include coffee machines, large gas barbecues, robes and smart toiletries.
The site's facilities include a heated swimming pool and kids' pool, playground, sports field, soft play area, TV room, trampoline, ride-ons, free wifi and a bar that holds events such as cheese and wine tasting and themed dinners such as crêpe nights. You can order fresh bread and pastries to be delivered, and also sign up for the weekly 'plat du jour' dinners or seafood platters.
In summer, the site owners organise kids' activities such as movie nights, moonlit swims and treasure hunts, and excursions such as surfing lessons. The local beaches, lakes and rivers have further activities to offer including fishing, canoeing and walking trails. You can also visit medieval villages and old forts and pick up fresh food at one of the area's local markets to cook up a feast back at the site.
