Sentimos, sin embargo, que algunos aspectos no hayan sido de su total satisfacción y nos gustaría aportar algunas aclaraciones. Nuestros baños y sanitarios se limpian y mantienen diariamente por nuestro equipo, que presta especial atención a su limpieza durante toda la temporada.
En cuanto a nuestra tienda, se trata principalmente de una pequeña tienda de conveniencia, pensada para ofrecer productos básicos y ayudar a nuestros campistas con las compras esenciales. Por este motivo, la variedad es naturalmente más limitada.

Respecto al césped de las parcelas, su estado puede variar durante la temporada alta dependiendo de las condiciones meteorológicas y del paso sucesivo de los campistas.

Liked Beaux camping proposant plusieurs types de logements et emplacements. Le camping est calme et des activités sont proposés régulièrement pour les gouts de chacun. Les emplacements sont bien ombragés, ce qui n’est pas à négliger de cette saison. La piscine est grande, possibilité de nager, un petit espace est proposé également pour les plus petits. L’équipe du camping est agréable et réactif lorsque l’on a eu des demandes à faire.

Disliked Les sanitaires sont propres dans l'ensemble mais négligés le samedi. Ce n’est pas parce que les Mobil homes sont à nettoyer le samedi lors des chassés croisés qu’il faut négliger les autres campeurs.
Il serait intéressant d'installer un toilette pour les jeunes enfants. C’est pas simple sur les grands toilettes même celui pour les enfants.
La piscine est agréable mais le sol pas du tout, c’est un sol qui ne glisse pas, c’est top mais il fait mal aux pieds et cela mets des graviers dans la piscine.

Merci d’avoir pris le temps de partager votre expérience. Nous sommes ravis de lire que vous avez apprécié l’environnement du camping, le camping en lui-même ainsi que le professionnalisme de nos équipes.

Le samedi étant une journée avec de nombreux départs, le nettoyage des sanitaires peut effectivement être effectué un peu plus tard dans la journée. Nos équipes sont fortement mobilisées le matin afin de préparer et nettoyer l’ensemble des mobil-homes pour accueillir les nouveaux vacanciers dans les meilleures conditions. Il ne s’agit en aucun cas de négligence : nous mettons tout en œuvre pour assurer la propreté de nos installations et la satisfaction de tous nos vacanciers (mobil-homes et emplacements)

Concernant la piscine, le sol est effectivement composé de dalle de gravier. La piscine et ses abords sont néanmoins entretenus et nettoyés quotidiennement. Pour davantage de confort, nous vous conseillons de porter une paire de claquettes afin d’éviter toute gêne au niveau des pieds.

Concernant les activités, notre programme est disponible sur l’application Cool’n Camp. Il est également affiché à l’accueil ainsi que sur le mur du bar afin que chacun puisse facilement le consulter. Pour les animations en soirée, nous proposons plusieurs concerts chaque semaine, ainsi qu’un blind test.
Concernant l’entretien de nos espaces verts, nous veillons à respecter les horaires dédiés à la tonte et à l’entretien, tout en faisant notre maximum pour limiter les nuisances. Ces interventions sont nécessaires afin de maintenir un environnement propre et agréable pour le confort de tous nos vacanciers.

Nous prenons également en compte vos différentes remarques et suggestions, qui nous sont précieuses pour continuer à améliorer l’expérience de nos vacanciers.

Liked The staff are welcoming and friendly. Although I always try to use my terrible French, the staff spoke really good English. The pool is really nice. On site bread order each morning. You order it the day before at the bar/shop and collect it the next morning at the bar/shop. That the showers have an element of temperature control to them. I discovered the really large shower cubicle down the bottom on the right hand side with a sink in it also. I used that shower for the rest of my stay. Close to Mimizan for the beach. Toilet/wash/shower area nice and clean. Toilet paper provided.

Disliked Was very noisy at night with teenage kids messing around. Was gone midnight by the time some people went to bed and stopped being noisy. If you're having a shower and somebody flushes the toilet, your shower water goes scolding hot for a second or two. They seem to clean the toilet/wash/shower area on a morning, right around the time everyone seems to want to use it. They shut one side at a time for cleaning, leaving a queue of people for the toilet/wash/shower area. No hand-wash provided. You feel like you're all packed in like sardines on the camping pitches. The roads on site are made from a variety of recycled waste materials such as broken glass, mirrors and bricks, which although commendable for using materials that would otherwise be waste. It is very dusty because of this and there is overspill debris from it onto the camping pitches which is not ideal. The shower heads in the smaller shower cubicles are fixed and the water doesn't project far enough out from them. You really have to get your head under to wash your hair. There is wifi on site but you can only have it for a maximum of 2 devices which wasn't ideal for a family of 4 with at least 4 phones. Mobile Internet reception at the site was really not very good at all.

Regarding noise levels at the campsite, our manager is on site and makes sure each evening that everyone’s peace and quiet is respected. We do our very best to maintain a peaceful atmosphere after 11 p.m. and intervene whenever necessary.

Regarding the cleaning of the sanitary facilities, this does require the temporary closure of part of the sanitary block for approximately one hour. This is necessary to allow our team to thoroughly clean and disinfect the facilities, ensuring clean and pleasant amenities for all our guests. However, we always make sure that part of the sanitary facilities remains accessible during cleaning.

As for the roads and pitches, our maintenance team regularly rakes the pathways and maintains the pitches. We did experience a significant period of drought, which unfortunately resulted in more dust than usual, despite our team’s regular maintenance.

Finally, regarding the Wi-Fi, we have improved our network compared with previous years by installing additional antennas to provide better coverage. However, during busy periods, the network can become more heavily used, which may result in a slower connection. This is one of the reasons why we limit the number of connected devices, so that as many guests as possible can benefit from Wi-Fi access.
