I sincerely apologize for the state of the restrooms. We've had some uncivilized guests over the past few days, and you came at the same time.
You judged us harshly for a night spent with us, a stopover, arriving at the end of the day... and not honestly because you hadn't declared all the people present with you!.....
Disappointed by the toilets and showers , they are indeed old, but as indicated in the other reviews, they will be renovated this winter (we are closing to customers in December 2025 and mid-January 2026).
Regarding activities, we're a small, 1-star campsite run by two people, so no, we don't have any entertainment as indicated in the description. As for customer service, I'd like to know what you're talking about? (Because we have bread and pastries ordered for the next day, a bar and food truck open every day, a loaner adapter, iron, ironing board, everything you need for babies, free games for adults and children, and a swimming pool open from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m., not 7 p.m. like at other campsites.)
You don't bother to find out, and it's sad and hard for us to be judged so negatively :-(
We hope to see you again one day, even though you indicated that you would not recommend us to friends or stay at our site again.

Je suis sincèrement désolée pour l'état des sanitaires, nous avons eu des clients incivilisés ses derniers jours et vous êtes venus à cette même période.
Vous nous jugé sévèrement pour une nuit passée chez nous, une étape, arrivée sur la fin de journée.... et pas honnête car vous n'aviez pas déclaré toutes les personnes présentes avec vous !.....
Déçue par les toilettes et les douches, ils sont effectivement vieux, mais comme indiquer dans les autres avis, ils vont être refait cet hiver (nous fermons à la clientèle décembre 2025 et mi-janvier 2026).
Concernant les activités, nous sommes une petite structure, camping 1 étoile, géré par 2 personnes, donc non nous n'avons pas d'animations comme indiqué dans le descriptif, et pour ce qui est du service à la clientèle, j'aurai aimé savoir de quoi vous parlez ? (car nous avons, la commande de pain et viennoiserie pour le lendemain, le bar et le food truck ouvert tous les jours, un prêt d'adaptateur, de fer à repasser, table à repasser, tout le nécessaire pour les bébés, des jeux mis gratuitement à disposition pour les grands et les petits, une piscine ouverte de 10h à 21h et non 19h comme dans les autres campings.
Vous ne cherchez pas à savoir et c'est triste et dur pour nous d'être jugé aussi négativement :-(
En espérant vous revoir un jour, même si vous avez indiqué que ne pas recommandé à des amis ou séjourner à nouveau sur notre site.

Regarding the BBQs, we apologize; we have two on site. Unfortunately, we are on RED alert for fires, and BBQs are therefore prohibited. We had to remove the grills and decommission them.

Merci pour ce joli retour, il nous va droit au coeur.
En ce qui concerne les BBQ nous sommes désolés, nous en avons 2 sur le site, malheureusement, nous sommes en vigilance ROUGE pour les incendies et les BBQ sont donc interdits, nous avons donc du retirer les grilles et les mettre hors service.
Ce fut un plaisir de vous rencontrer et merci d'avoir prolongé votre séjour.

Liked Alles, vooral zwembad, zeer rustige plek, de pizza auto kwam langs de receptie is zeer vriendelijk, alhoewel de douches is ouder zijn was er heerlijk warm water, evenals voor het afwassen. Klein speeltuintje voor de kleintjes voetbaldoelen enz we zijn de vakantie 2 x geweest en komen zeker een x terug

Liked De plek was prima.

Disliked Het sanitair. Veel te kleine/lage wc's (kinderformaat), weinig ruimte in de douche, de wc's waren niet schoon. Vanwege de kleine/lage wc's was je verplicht naar het invalide toilet te gaan en deze was ook niet schoon.

Ik heb uw feedback over de netheid en het feit dat deze niet geschikt voor u is genoteerd, en ik bied daarvoor mijn excuses aan.
We sluiten in december vanwege renovatiewerkzaamheden.
U gaf ons ook een strenge beoordeling voor de activiteiten. Ik herinner u eraan dat er niets geheim is wat betreft het entertainment; het staat er duidelijk vermeld. We zijn een kleine familiecamping en daarom zijn er geen entertainmentmogelijkheden. Hetzelfde geldt voor de wifi; ik herinner u eraan dat deze gratis is op de camping.

Je prends note de votre retour concernant l'état de propreté et le fait qu'ils ne soient pas adaptés pour vous et j'en suis désolée.
Il est prévu qu'on ferme en décembre pour les rénover.
Vous nous notez sévèrement en ce qui concerne également les activités, je vous rappelle que rien n'est caché concernant les animations, c'est clairement spécifié, nous sommes un petit camping familial et donc pas d'animations.... Pareil pour la wifi, je vous rappelle qu'elle est gratuite sur le camping....

Liked Great small campsite everything you need . Pool is not heated but great as weather has been really hot. Very welcoming family who make sure all is well for you with nothing too much a problem. Small bar with food truck available every night for anyone not wishing to cook. We initially only booked for 2 days but extended or stay. Lovely lakes within cycle or walking distance with man made beach and safe are for children to swim. Also a small cafeteria with a variety of food beside the lake. Will definitely be back and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to others to give it a try

Disliked Bathroom and washroom building is antiquated but serves the purpose. Hot showers and lots of hot water for dishes etc. kept clean which is the main issue. Believe they are to be updated at the end of 2025.

Liked Camping familiale très bien. Bel accueil, les gérants du camping sont très serviables et aimables. Piscine agréable, nous avons eu une soirée karaoké très bien. Le food truck est très bon. Je recommande ce camping !
