- Stylish and well-equipped RV close to the Bermuda coastline
- Choose from a selection of fabulous locations across the island
- Solar-powered off-grid units for sustainable luxury travel
Love the idea of living in a stylish RV by the coast for a while, but not so keen on driving it around? The team at Off Grid RV Bermuda have an excellent solution for you – they provide a smart fully equipped and self-contained caravan and get it set up at a fabulous location close to Bermuda’s gorgeous coastline. All you need to do is turn up and start relaxing…
The team have chosen 10 excellent locations across the island, and you’ll be able to choose the one that appeals to you the most. Each one has its own merits, but what they all have in common is stunning coastal views and a nice little outdoor space for whatever activities you fancy – perhaps an alfresco meal, or a yoga session with a view?
Your accommodation is in an eco-friendly off-grid, solar-powered RV, and keeping the units moving around the island ensures that the enterprise is sustainable, minimising the impact on any one location.
Whichever setting you end up in, the accommodation will be the same – an attractive modern caravan that’s been designed with the concept of ‘affordable luxury’ in mind. That means you can expect a few little extras – like heating, air conditioning and bathrobes – along with essentials like bed linen and towels. There’s a spacious toilet/shower room on board, plus a well-equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle. A barbecue is provided for your outdoor cooking, and there’s a TV inside for those times when you’re ready to get cosy and chill out.

Local attractions
Your choice of RV location will of course influence your local outings (or perhaps it’s the other way round?). Bermuda isn’t a huge island, however, so whichever spot you choose you’ll never be far from any attraction. Want to see as much of that coast as you can? A good place to start is the Bermuda Railway Trail National Park, an 18-mile trail that follows a former rail route and now takes walkers and cyclists through the island’s varied landscapes.
For more splendid scenery, head to St. David's Lighthouse (on the island’s eastern tip) or climb to Gibb’s Hill Lighthouse for sweeping views over the south shore. There are great sights under the surface of the sea too, as you’ll see on a snorkel or dive tour to the shipwrecks of the Constellation and Montana.
To get a sense of the island’s history and culture, wander around the city of Hamilton and the town of St. George, and visit the National Museum of Bermuda. Bermuda Aquarium, Museum & Zoo also makes a fun trip – although some guests may prefer some time on the spectacular Belmont Hills Golf Course.
