Nestled on over 350 acres in the stunning Gold Coast Hinterland, Oz Sky Ranch is located at the foothills of Mount Tamborine near Canungra, just a short drive from Brisbane. Designed for thrill-seekers and outdoor enthusiasts, our property offers a variety of adventure tourism experiences. Soar through the skies with tandem hang gliding and paragliding, or take part in our full suite of flight training courses. Prefer water-based fun? Bring your own kayak or stand-up paddleboard and enjoy our pristine, swimmable lake.

We look forward to having you stay on our farm with us. If you have any questions or need help you can call me on 0457287200. I work all day and only check my messages in the morning or after 6pm or later. Best way to get me is by calling :-) the old school way 👍 We can be on the hard side to find. Address: Please put this into your GPS ( Four Mile Lane, Boyland, QLD ) when you get onto Four Mile Lane, then drive for 2.5km. Then you will see an Oz Sky Ranch sign and a windsock on a post. Please enter through the open gate. Then take the right gate driveway that has a cow sign on it and a no smoking sign. Please call me before entering the property, then I can check you in and send you a camp map. Please do not put our full address: (224 Four Mile Lane, Boyland, QLD ), As google maps will take you the wrong way and through deep creeks and other farmer's land, which is not permitted. Must check in before dark!!! If you come after dark the gate will be locked and you will not be allowed to enter the property or your campsite. We don't want people driving around the campsites at night and disturbing the other campers. Our cows also like to sleep on the roads.

Oz Paragliding & Hang gliding Flight School (formerly known as Canungra Sky Sports) is based 50 min outside of Brisbane in the Gold Coast hinterland at the bottom of Mount Tamborine at the Oz Sky Ranch. We are the only school in Queensland that offers both tandem hang gliding & paragliding flights and a full range of pilot courses. The Oz Sky Ranch is the only approved hang gliding & paragliding aero tow flight park in Australia. Driving time from closest airports to Oz Paragliding & Hang gliding Gold Coast Airport is only 1 hour’s drive away Brisbane Domestic/International Airports are only 1 hour

General

Bookings are nominative and non-transferable.
Bookings must not be for more than 10 consecutive nights.
In the event of a complaint, please speak to reception immediately. Complaints which are not brought to the management's attention during your stay cannot be dealt with once you have left the site.
Please note that the toilet/shower facilities are unisex.
Public areas are non-smoking.
Quiet (afternoon) hours must be respected between 8 p.m. and 7 a.m..

Radio, music and TV players must be kept at a low volume. Car doors and boots must be closed quietly.
The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behaviour is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.

The site is not liable for any refund in the event of force majeure.

Firearms are not permitted.
Guests are advised to bring a good quality torch with them as parts of the site are unlit.

Rules

This is all for your benefit to give everyone an amazing, clean, safe camping trip. Please respect our farm and home.

We are very strict on the rules.

* No smocking at all on our farm, vaping is fine at your own campsite.

* No glass bottles or glasses. Bring cans or plastic bottles and plastic drinking vassals.

* We have 0 torrance to speeding on our roads.

* All rubbish to be taken off the property with you.

* Do not drive or walk on our airstrip.

* No wood to be brought onto our property. (Fire ants)

* No fishing on our property.

* Do not burn rubbish, plastic and cans in your campfires.

* The green house (Farm Stay) Please stay away and also from its parking area. It is not part of the camping.

* Do not drive through our creeks or our neighbour’s property or roads. If you do you will be asked to leave. If you need to be towed out of the river, you will be charge a $350- tow fee to pull you out with a tractor. If it’s wet, you will need to wait until it is dry before we can do this. which can take some time, like a day or two. You will only be towed out in daylight hours.

* No power boats on the lake allowed. Only the barefoot water-skiing club is allowed on some days.

* No Electric or motorbikes aloud. Normal push bikes are great.

* No flood lights to be used on our property. This is just to respect other camps.

* Violence to others or bullying.

* No generators.

* We have a zero Torrance to speeding on our roads. Speed limits are 20kmh on the top road and 10kmh on the dam road and 5kmh around the campsites. Please let your camp crew know this. It is for everyone’s safety and we maintain and pay for our farm roads. It is not cheap.

* No wood from outside the farm is to be brought on to the property. This is to stop the spread of Fire ants. If you bring wood onto the property you will be asked to leave with it.

* No chainsaws or log splitters allowed

* No Dogs

* No charcoal allowed

* Must be respectful to other campers

* Children must be supervised at all times by their parents

* Parents to check showers and toilets after there young kids have used them. (check they are clean for the next people coming)

* Must check in before dark!!!

If you come after dark the gate will be locked and you will not be allowed to enter the property or your campsite.

We don't want people driving around the campsites at night and disturbing the other campers. Our cows also like to sleep on the roads.

If you break any of the rules above, your full camp group will be asked to leave. ASAP.
