Excellent site, level pitches, hot showers, friendly welcome.
Electric optional hardstanding and grass touring pitch
Liked Warm friendly welcome! Tidy clean site, level hardcore pitch with everything we needed. Hot showers, clean bathrooms. Quiet location with easy access to Whitchurch, Chester, Wrexham. Dark skies great for stargazing. Owners couldn’t do enough for us - we’d forgotten our pump for the air awning and they came and helped out. So so kind and helpful.

Electric optional grass tent or trailer tent pitch
Liked I stayed at this campsite for 5 nights and absolutely loved it. The location surrounded by beautiful scenery, peaceful walks, and plenty of activities for kids. The pitches were well kept and spacious, with everything you need close by.
The facilities were spotless throughout my stay, with a clean shower and toilet that were regularly maintained. I also appreciated how friendly and welcoming the owners were – they clearly care about the site and go the extra mile to make sure guests feel comfortable.
Good recommendations from the owners for activities and shopping.
It was the perfect base for exploring the area, but also a great place just to unwind and enjoy the fresh air. I left feeling completely relaxed and would definitely come back again.
Highly recommend to anyone looking for a quiet, scenic getaway in Wales!
