What customers say
This is a well-maintained and clean campsite with spacious, level pitches offering lovely views of the surrounding countryside and distant sea. Facilities, including modern toilets and showers, are generally praised. The friendly and helpful owner is frequently mentioned. While some guests experienced issues with windy conditions and occasionally less-than-pristine facilities after busy periods, many found it excellent value and a great base for exploring the local area.

Electric grass touring pitch
Liked Plenty of space to pitch up and for kids to play on their bikes. A great location and easy to find.
Disliked I wouldn't say disliked, but being here over a very hot and busy bank holiday weekend the hot water ran out in the showers ( I didn't actually mind having caught the sun) and the toilets had ran out of toilet paper and were a bit messy.

Electric grass touring pitch
Liked We had a really really great time!
It was Bank Holiday weekend and the weather was glorious. Nice spacious level pitch. Cleaning block is modern and clean given the footfall. Staff on hand to ensure our experience was positive
Disliked Possibly slightly overbooked for the weekend so there was no hot water in the showers and there was quite a wait time. It was to be expected but wouldn’t put us off re visiting.

Good family site
Electric grass touring pitch
Liked Big pitches, excellent toilets/showers, good location, electric and water to every pitch. Great games room with table tennis and billiards. Just back from a week here including the extremely hot bank holiday when the site was fully booked. We were pleasantly surprised the site was quiet by 11pm. Close to supermarket, Talyllyn railway and beaches. Beach nowhere near as crowded as elsewhere.
Disliked No Wi-Fi, but 4g signal. Water in showers cool later in the day.
Ignorant campers who dump their rubbish in the washing up area because they won’t walk the extra yards to the bins.
