Liked We parked on pitch 12 with our motorhome.
Beautiful clean toilets ,showers etc.
Very well kept site .
Will definitely go again.

Disliked The tumble drier cost £8.00 and washing was still damp

There are lots more ways to get familiar with the local history too, from The Old Station (10 minutes) in Welshpool to nostalgic trips along the Welshpool & Llanfair Light Railway (20 minutes) or tracing the route of an eighth-century dyke along the 60-mile Offa’s Dyke Path (around five minutes). At the same time, there’s plenty to root you in the present. Perhaps you'd like to try the watersports on Lake Vyrnwy (50 minutes) on the edge of the Snowdonia National Park… or nearby tracks around the Berwyn Mountains and the spectacular Pistyll Rhaeadr (55 minutes) waterfall. Hike up your heart rate with more routes around the Shropshire Hills (around half an hour) or up the stakes a little with paintball and quad biking at Border Quad Trekking (25 minutes). Meanwhile, The Flash Leisure Centre (10 minutes) has a swimming pool, exercise classes and café for a nice brew afterwards.
