Pitch by the lake

  • Off grid campervan pitch just off the A44 over looking beautiful lake
  • Activity centre five minutes’ walk; Ponterwyd five minutes’ drive
  • Peaceful spot for wild swimming and paddleboarding
Escape the madding crowds and park up lakeside at Innflux, just off the A44 and five minutes’ drive from Ponterwyd in rural Ceredigion, where you have a front-row seat on unspoilt Mid Wales nature. You’ll wake up birdsong and stunning views across the lake, where you can get in an early-morning wild swim without bothering anybody else, or get down to a a day of paddleboarding and kayaking directly from your pitch. Even better, five minutes’ stroll takes you to a dedicated mountain biking and walking centre with trails for all levels, whether you’re chasing adrenaline or a peaceful hike through mountain scenery. After a day of exploring, return to your pitch to relax by the lake shore and watch the sunset dance across the water. As this is a wild sort of place, there are few amenities – no light, no drinking water, no showers, just a portable loo, so your campervan will need to be fully self-sufficient.
