Non-electric grass pitch

Liked Good location

Disliked Paying for warm water, hot shower i accept, I've never had to pay to wash up before.

The toilets that were there were clean but with a full bank holiday campsite I don't think 7 toilets and 4 showers is adequate.

Staff were lovely, friendly and very hard working.

Electric grass touring pitch

Liked The surroundings were just ideal for a family with dogs. Short drive to Tenby, Saundersfoot and Wiseman’s bridge.
Facilities were as expected, well kept grounds. Even though the owners had to depart for a family emergency, back up staff were more than helpful.

Electric grass touring pitch

Liked Kids liked the park, however bin was overflowing, with rubbish everywhere. Seemed like one man was doing everything and he was overrun.

Disliked They said they only have 5 pitch up pitches and it showed.

Shoved in a field down the end, with a tap that gave you a shower every time you used it, and dangerous electric box where the plugs pulled out when you tried to plug in/out.

Unfortunately felt like tourers were a second thought, and the park was aimed at the permanent residents on site.

Liked The park is well laid out and has a range of facilities including a clubhouse. There are loads of things also on the park for children. A big thanks to Andrew for helping fix the electric hook up on departure day!

From St Clears roundabout take the A477 to Tenby, turn left at the Tavernspite turn off, and take another left at the Sporting chance pub. Take the B4315 into Tavernspite, take the middle road at the village pumps and Pantglas Farm is 600 metres on the left. Do not use Satnav from St Clears - this will take you to many different places.

Local attractions

Theme parks first? Take the crew to Folly Farm Adventure Park and Zoo (15 minutes' drive) for indoor and outdoor play areas, an indoor funfair and a zoo that’s home to over 100 species of animals. Narberth (10 minutes) is a good option for a day out too, with a visit to the Narberth Museum, several art galleries and browsing around the antique and independent shops to look forward to. If you're keen to spend as many daylight hours as possible with the sea in sight, you should really make a beeline for a spot like Telpyn Beach (so, so much sand). From Tenby (25 minutes), take a boat trip to Caldey Island for scenic walks and a brief look at the abbey established by Benedictine monks after the Norman conquest. Coarse fishing is available a couple of miles from Pantglas, and plenty more fishing facilities are in the surrounding area: ask the friendly farm team for details.
