What customers say
This is a well-maintained, quiet campsite with spacious pitches and friendly staff. It's conveniently located within a short walk of a pebble beach, coastal paths, and local amenities like a pub and shop. Facilities, particularly toilets and showers, are consistently praised for their cleanliness, though some reviews mention they are a little dated. Issues raised include occasional difficulties with Wi-Fi, dog mess, and the distance to toilet blocks from some pitches. The site is recommended for a peaceful retreat.

From the manager: We absolutely dispute this review. If this was the case, why did you not notify a member of staff during your stay! For anyone looking to book, please read the previous review from a happy camper regarding cleanliness of the toilet block. The road is so far away from the touring field that you would struggle to hear it! Again, read other reviews from people who say it is quiet and relaxing on the park. We are disappointed that some people feel the need to leave this kind of negative feedback instead of speaking to us during their stay and giving us the chance to respond directly with them to resolve any issues they are not happy with during their stay.
Lovely campsite, clean and quiet and will come back again.
Electric grass touring pitch
Liked Pease and tranquility, a lovely place close to a pebble beach a five minute walk away and spectacular sunsets. The site is kept clean and tidy with older showers and toilets which were spotless, fair play.
Note... there is nothing here for the adventurous family with children, it's purely for the older gits like us.
Disliked Nothing.

Would definitely recommend to our friends
Electric grass touring pitch
Liked Generous pitch, lovely setting, toilets/showers impeccably clean, plenty of bins for recycling
Disliked Not the site's fault what so ever but there was a dog that just didn't stop barking. We actually left a few hours earlier than planned on the Sunday as it was getting on our nerves. Some patrons need a lesson in camping etiquette

From the manager: Thank you for taking the time to review our park. We appreciate your feedback. We are sorry that you felt the need to leave earlier than planned because of the barking dog. Unfortunately we were unaware of this at the time. We hope you visit again in the future and have a better experience. Rest assured that we will not tolerate dog owners letting their dog bark constantly, disturbing other campers. Anyone letting this happen will be asked to leave the park immediately.

Electric grass touring pitch
Liked Good pitch size. Excellent clean and plentiful units in the washing area. Basins even had plugs. Very convenient to the Coastal Path and only 15 minute walk to the White Swan pub (recc)
Disliked Really could do with an additional toilet block in the touring van area

Electric hardstanding touring pitch
Liked Nice little site, quiet and peaceful
Disliked Other people not picking up dog mess and no dog mess bins
Recommend to friends Visit again
From the manager: Thank you for your feedback. A new dog waste bin has been fitted near to the entrance of the touring field. We do ask dog owners to clear up after them, and signs are displayed stating this, unfortunately not all dog owners comply. We also ask that all dogs are on leads whilst on the park, to help eliminate this problem.
