Reviews
Great location, excellent for kids, relaxing adventure with my toddler
Poppy Pig wigwam (ensuite)
Liked Hosts were welcoming, responsive and helpful. We were upgraded to a deluxe wigwam which was much appreciated as it was more spacious with better amenities. My son and I were invited to join Stewart to feed the sheep which my son loved. Off the grid feeling, peaceful and very child friendly. We had a great time.
Disliked Some parts of the wigwam could have been cleaner, but it was generally clean. There was no bin to be found (other than bathroom bin) and no mirror.

We'll be coming back again in the summer ☀️
Poppy Pig wigwam (ensuite)
Liked A lovely stay with my husband, 3yr old daughter and our family dog. The heater had been put on prior to our arrival which was a lovely surprise, being a cold and wet winter day.

Great place to stay
Poppy Pig wigwam (ensuite)
Liked Lovely pods in a peaceful location on a working farm, not far from Edinburgh and very close to Lost Shore and the climbing centre. Excellent communal facilities including a fully equipped kitchen and games room. Friendly and efficient correspondence.
Disliked Perhaps the lighting could be improved, both in the pod and in the kitchen area. But it's a detail! Everything was good.

What customers say
This campsite offers Wigwams with stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere. Guests consistently praise the friendly and helpful hosts, clean facilities (including pods, toilets, and a communal kitchen/games room), and the farm's animals. Many highlight the accommodation's cosiness and the convenience of amenities like fridges and kettles. While some minor issues like occasional dog mess or older kitchen equipment were noted, the overall experience is overwhelmingly positive, with many guests expressing a desire to return.

Liked I liked the closeness of nature, the heating in the wigwam, the fully equipped kitchen, the various sorts of tea, the wifi, the cleanliness in the fully equipped bathroom and toilets, the hand dryer that can function as a hair dryer.
Disliked Parking space is quite small, and not all the guests take this into consideration, and they take up quite a bit of space.
