Aquest càmping té una ubicació fantàstica amb accés directe a la platja i personal amable. Els clients van gaudir de les piscines i l'entreteniment. Les parcel·les són espaioses, però la neteja i l'estat antic dels lavabos i dutxes han estat assenyalats, així com la seva distància. La direcció està investigant.

No em va agradar No hot water in the showers for 4 days, member of staff told us the hot water is unreliable, I complained to the reception staff and they said they were unaware of the problem but 3 days later still no hot water, hearing small children and grown adults crying because of how cold the water was, not funny.

No em va agradar Pitch was so slanted I couldn’t level my caravan,stedies weren’t long enough.showers needed updating,had to hold in the button with one hand while trying to shower with the other.beer and food were overpriced.

Poor welcome & signage upon entering the site. Booking request ignored

Em va agradar Flat pitch. Toilet/shower block clean and tidy.
No em va agradar As a blue badge holder my request on booking to be near water tap and waste area was totally ignored. I was at the furthest point from facilities on the site.
On entering the site no instructions of where to go were provided when booked or at the entrance to the site. We followed the sign for camping and tourers but there was no one to welcome us or explain where to pitch. A passing worker was helpful and went to get our welcome pack and pointed to where the taps, grey waste were located. Still not sure where the Elsan was located. We were pitched near and part under a tree and had very poor TV signal. Very dissapointed. ALL new customers should be welcomed and better signage is required with more taps and waste points. No comment on other facilities or entertainment as we did not use them.

- choice of activities
- price
No em va agradar - activities disorganised - pottery painting noone was even aware of booking, aqua paddlers was soo chaotic playing games with 3yr olds not age appropriate due to understanding.
- kids jot grouped in correct ages (if i had known i would of booked mine together in older section (with youngest being 7 and good swimmer)
- kart hire was shocking
- not many toilet blocks
- park could do with an upgrade - not much for 5yrs+

Em va agradar Good sized pitches. Facilities all clean appeared well maintained. Staff friendly. Pool was clean and accessible. Site in great position for walking and to access local buses to go further afield without need for moving campervan. Also near to sea coast
