Kessingland Beach Holiday Park

Likte Had the best time, we allways do, lovely entertainment and staff couldn't be nicer.

Likte ikke We did leave early but that had nothing to do with the park, just we were camping in a tent and it was 26 degrees.

Prices for drinks are ridiculously expensive £4.50 for a small coke, food prices are reasonable.I would recommend the fish and chips shop was delicious and the staff are friendly and chatty.

Likte I liked the close proximity to the beach. The activities for children were mainly ok. The staff attending to the children's activities were very helpful and happy.

Likte ikke I felt that the pitches were too close together. The showers and toilets were not cleaned properly. The toilets in the arcade were absolutely disgusting and sometimes there wasn't any toilet paper or hand wash. There is a sign before you go into the toilets stating their toilets are cleaned to a high standard. So wrong. I booked activities for my 8 year old grandson online before we arrived (as was advised) and on two of the activities he was the only child participating which was very upsetting for him and not enjoyable. I thought they could have rang me to let me know because we rushed of the beach for the activity which lasted 15 minutes. The staff switched my grandson to another activity to enjoy with other children. He was on his own and was looking forward to making friends and enjoy the company of other children.

Likte Great location, with easy access to the beach.. very good pitch size ..outdoor pool is a good size

Very friendly and helpful staff across the whole park.
Cleanliness of park.
Proximity to beach.
A large, very well stocked shop.
Choice of indoor & outdoor pool.
Plenty to keep children occupied.

Likte The customer service and support at this site were fantastic. The friendly staff and security patrols throughout the camp ensured a safe and secure stay. The entertainment facilities, especially the two pools, were a great addition. The pitch was well-maintained and I highly recommend G16 as a lovely secluded spot for families and large tents. Everyone followed the rules and enjoyed their stay. A special shoutout goes to the young people who ran the children’s entertainment. They were engaged enthusiastic and had a great rapport with the children – well done! Our two absolutely loved it!

Likte ikke People constantly cutting through on the pitch we were on with their dogs and also kids running through for a short cut dispite your notices ...I had to tell my dog to go inside as it bothered her shes 13 and felt it not fair me telling her to get in motorhome when we had paid for the pitch. Unfortunately no consideration from other campers. You cant please everyone i know but it was very annoying.we should of stayed 4 days we left on day 2.
Wasted our money on the stay.
