Niepolubione we arrived at reception spoke to a lady at the desk about my medical needs
very unhelpful when i said i needed to be near toillets she said you will see them when you go to your pitch when we got to our pitch it was wet and along way from toilets deciided to go and get fish and chips from chip shop on site ask for fish and chips and scampie and chips the fish was the size of palm of your hand charged £30.00 RIP off drove 2 hours to get there stayed 1 hour went home

Polubione Great facilities, clean, heated toilet and spacious pitches. Wi-Fi is good but doesn't stretch to all pitches.

Niepolubione Road had lots of substantial potholes, one of which i tripped in due to no light in camping area, and broken streetlights on main path.

Niepolubione No one told you where go empty the caravan toilet only told us where grey was goes its next to the mens toilet wish was closer to were u r based on site. Struggled to book activities

Polubione staff were so pleasent and helpful we were taken to our allocated pitch which was exactly perfect by a man i think his name was morgan who said if we need any help with anything he would come back and check we were ok which he did but we were all good ty so much activities were all good as well i did like the idea of the showers hoses that you could take of the hook and wash yourselves properly

Niepolubione the showers were a bit cold maybe you could ave them on seperate gas bottles to the washing up section as it seemed everyone wanted to shower and wash up at the same time

Polubione Close to the beach

Niepolubione No hot water in the showers for 4 days, member of staff told us the hot water is unreliable, I complained to the reception staff and they said they were unaware of the problem but 3 days later still no hot water, hearing small children and grown adults crying because of how cold the water was, not funny.

Polubione Not much.

Niepolubione Pitch was so slanted I couldn’t level my caravan,stedies weren’t long enough.showers needed updating,had to hold in the button with one hand while trying to shower with the other.beer and food were overpriced.

Polubione Flat pitch. Toilet/shower block clean and tidy.

Niepolubione As a blue badge holder my request on booking to be near water tap and waste area was totally ignored. I was at the furthest point from facilities on the site.
On entering the site no instructions of where to go were provided when booked or at the entrance to the site. We followed the sign for camping and tourers but there was no one to welcome us or explain where to pitch. A passing worker was helpful and went to get our welcome pack and pointed to where the taps, grey waste were located. Still not sure where the Elsan was located. We were pitched near and part under a tree and had very poor TV signal. Very dissapointed. ALL new customers should be welcomed and better signage is required with more taps and waste points. No comment on other facilities or entertainment as we did not use them.
