- No s'accepten reserves per a comiats de solter o soltera a través de Pitchup.com.
- Per a utilitzar la connexió elèctrica és necessari un cable d'almenys 20 metres.
- No hi ha ningú a recepció després de les 17:00. Si creieu que arribareu més tard, aviseu el càmping per tal que l'equip us pugui proporcionar la informació necessària sobre la vostra unitat/parcel·la.
- Està prohibit banyar-se al llac.
- No s'admeten vehicles comercials (vehicles utilitzats amb motiu de feina o per transportar mercaderies o passatgers) ni vehicles amb propaganda al càmping.
- No es permeten les unitats de més de 8 metres de llarg.
- Electric pitches: 16.66 kWh of electricity are included per day. Further usage is metered onsite at £0.30 per kWh and is payable via a top-up card which is issued on arrival. A £5 deposit is required for the card, refundable at check-out. Activities are seasonal and do not run every day.

Em va agradar Clean facilities and friendly staff. Some of the pitches are quite big too. It was nice to walk around the lakes and watch the water activities.

Staff are friendly, space is generous and the price is reasonable ish

Em va agradar Showers were warm, decent amount of space. Water activities are mega good.
No em va agradar Had some Mexicans next to us that were noisy from 6:30 am till 11pm, the showers the first night were lukewarm. No wind breaks between the pitches so when winds bad you get hit with the full whack, need some shelves in the showers so you have space to put all your things in

No em va agradar Poor grey water set up, very near the wash up area.
Often no hot water. As a customer, I don’t find the explanation that the boiler isn’t big enough to cope to be acceptable.
Toilet block could be better designed, e.g. no seating or places to put things.

We unfortunately did experience an issue with our boiler at the start of the weekend after being made aware of this by fellow campers on Saturday morning, which was resolved by Sunday afternoon, with water temperatures returning to normal by Sunday evening/Monday morning. We appreciate you flagging this, and understand the timing was frustrating as it was resolved towards the end of your stay.
