Can I stop last-minute bookings?

Did you know that 7% of Pitchup bookings are now made on the same day, and 8% the day before arrival?

To help make the most of last-minute bookings without the hassle, you can now disable bookings within a different time period for each pitch type*.

For example, you might choose:

• 4 hours for non-electric grass pitches
• 1 day for hardstanding pitches
• 1 day for lodges

To set your limits:

• Visit the 'Pitch types & extras' tab
• Click 'Edit' on a pitch type
• Choose from the 'Prevent last-minute bookings' menu
• Click 'Save your pitch type'

*Customers are also prevented from booking on the arrival day after your last arrival time listed in Site Info > General Info under 'Arrival & departure times'
