Wardens were so helpful, we were waiting for the bus to visit the castle , one of the wardens seen us and dropped us off right outside it. Lovely peaceful site and managed to navigate all, only second time out in the van , still very new to it all, felt confident in asking advice to

The story about the warden giving you a lift to the castle absolutely warms our hearts. That's exactly the kind of experience we hope every guest has — our team genuinely care about making your stay as enjoyable as possible, and we'll make sure they know how much that gesture meant to you.

It's also fantastic to hear that you felt confident and supported throughout your stay, especially being only your second time out in the van. That's a big deal, and you should be really proud! We love welcoming guests who are new to caravanning and hope we played a small part in building your confidence.

Shower rooms were very good and powerful.
Camp site surrounded by trees so good shelter from the wind.

We're sorry to hear that the road noise affected your stay on the non-electric grass pitches. We completely understand how important a peaceful night's rest is when you're camping, and we appreciate you flagging this.

Tyckte om Lovely clean site pitches were great + loved the table tennis & bar football games (played with my daughter.
Weather wasn't the best Dawn & Neil (site wardens were fabulous helped me pack my roof tent as I was struggling + moved us to a more sheltered pitch next to the shower block really nice welcoming helpful people.
Didn't use roof tent on the 2nd night slept in my van (micro camper)
