The shower: pressure was great but, they were also dirty and fixed too high. The time in between pressing the on button and the shower turning off was ridiculously short
Charging £5 per night per dog for two yorkshire terriers was the most expensive to date

Från föreståndaren: Unfortunately you arrived very late in the evening for a one night stay and failed to check in. I didn’t have the opportunity to advise that our toilet trailer hadn’t been emptied that day as scheduled due to driver illness in the company. There were however back up portaloos available and all our facilities are cleaned multiple times a day. Our Pricing is very clear. I did not charge you any extra when you presented late for checkout the next day and asked to stay longer. I also did not charge you for the extra vehicle. Push button taps are set to a commercial standard and cannot be adjusted. We use commercial cleaning products in all our facilities.Hope that clarifies.

Tyckte om Loved meeting the owner who was lovely and friendly and explained what was in the area. In each of their 5 showers they provided body wash, shampoo and conditioner. There was even a box of sport activity toys for children. I loved the rustic charm of the site that's hidden but still close to village. I felt safe as line women camping. There was also plenty of space between pitches and it was lovely and quiet during the night. I enjoyed a drink or two at the award winning brewery and got lots of photos of the SWT steam trains also nearby.
The trains destination is Minehead do saves driving.

Tyckte om Wonderful site, very clean and tidy. Family owned and run and they are always onsite doing things and are very approachable. Pitches of a good size and water readily available. Not far to walk to the nearest pubs and village. Great dog walking although it is a mile to get there, you can walk around the site with no issues too. Guests that were there were either families or couples. The kids will love the livestock (chickens and hens etc) roaming around. would I go back? yes !!!

Tyckte inte om The toilets although working were a little dated and there was a smell when flushed but I assume it was a compost toilet, they are cleaned daily. There are some portacabin toilets too and seemed better, although we did go there when the weather was so hot and they were like a sauna. its the only little niggle but dont be put off by that.

Tyckte om Beautiful site, informative host on the events currently happening. Very quiet nice to see the animals. Brewery within 10 minutes walk and also the old trains close by albeit they weren't operating the day we arrived.

Tyckte om Everything was lovely. Portable toilet blocks were a bit dated and did smell BUT they did clean them twice a day so credit where credit is due.

Unfortunately the combination of a busy bank holiday weekend and the heatwave did cause this but we endeavoured to get the chemicals balanced and also cleaned 3 times a day. The last clean was always very late at night after midnight so you may not have seen us.

Tyckte om Lovely quiet site with large grass pitches. Quantock Brewery 5 minutes walk away. Toilets and showers are separate. Perfectly adequate. Loved the rural setting. Site is about half an hour from the M5 so a good stop off point on the way to Cornwall from the Midlands.

Tyckte om Very large flat grass pitches , a peaceful site no road noise just the sounds of the lovely geese and chickens .
I was a bit apprehensive about the porta loos but they were proper toilets in a big cabin with several cubicles and spotless couldn't fault the site really enjoyed it excellent location if like us you were going on the West Somerset Railwa
A fab brewery and beautiful Thai restaurant close by .

Tyckte om Lovely spacious electric pitch right next to the forest to enjoy relaxing with the bird calls and wind blowing through the trees. Convenient location close to train station and bus stop for day excursions. If you need to get into London, it takes 10 minutes to get into Taunton Station by taxi. Super friendly and helpful owners.

Tyckte inte om The grass pitches around the electric hookups are not levelled similar to many other camps, so I recommend you dont forget your levelling ramps and sprit level.
