Понравилось We had a lovely stay at this campsite & such an easy check in. It was a quiet and peaceful site, which made it perfect for a relaxing break. Everything was very clean and well looked after, and the toilet facilities were absolutely spotless.
The reception staff were lovely, friendly and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
Pitches were big with fantastic views
We would definitely recommend this campsite and would happily stay again!

Понравилось The site is perfectly situated, our fully serviced site was perfect, the toilets/shower block was warm and a pleasure to use.
We were welcomed and shown to our plot and we felt very safe and sound throughout our stay.

We do have a small shop area within reception, although due to the limited space we have to be quite selective with what we’re able to stock. We do keep a few essentials available, such as tea, coffee sugar, snacks and some toileteries.

Понравилось What a beautiful site this is. I arrived quite late on and was quickly showed to my pitch which overlooked the sea. I had read the reviews and there was a few complaints about the train passing and the motorway noise, it didn’t bother me at all I loved the train passing. I met a lovely lady called Sue who stays there for months at a time her and her husband were lovely and have lovely things to say about the site. I wanted some things from the shop so took a stroll to the garage which is about 5 minutes walk, but if you just need essentials it’s all in the reception area. I bought some wood from reception and enjoyed a lovely evening with a bottle of wine. I would 100% recommend and I have already planned to come back next year.

Понравилось Lovely clean site with great facilities. The food vans on Friday and Saturday were amazing! Good location for exploring North Wales.

Не понравилось Noise from the road was louder than I expected! I’d seen the reviews and thought it can’t be that bad. Not sure if it was louder because of the weather, but the first night I struggled to sleep.

We do appreciate your comments about the road noise. The A55 is something we’re always open about, and unfortunately it can be more noticeable when the weather is wet, as the sound from the road carries further on wet days. We’re sorry it disturbed your sleep during your first night with us.

We hope the rest of your stay was enjoyable and that the road noise didn’t spoil your time here too much.

Понравилось We were unable to stay as we broke down in our motorhome during the week before.

Не понравилось Out of 6 sites we had booked, this was the only site that would not transfer our booking until a later date.

Our booking terms and conditions are clearly available at the time of booking, including the terms relating to cancellations and amendments, and these are agreed to when a booking is made. We appreciate that other touring parks may have different terms and may have been able to offer a date transfer, but each site has its own booking conditions and policies.

As an independent park, we do need to adhere to our own terms and conditions fairly and consistently for all of our guests. We’re therefore unable to make exceptions or transfer bookings outside of the terms that were agreed at the time of booking.

We’re sorry that this was disappointing and hope your motorhome was soon back on the road.

We do appreciate that the location next to the A55 means there can be some road noise, and this is something we always try to make clear to guests when booking. We are also a busy holiday park with a large amount of grass and landscaping to maintain, so unfortunately there are times when maintenance work, including grass cutting, is necessary to keep the park looking its best.

The beach nearby is naturally a pebble and stony beach, which is also something we’re unable to change, although there are several sandy beaches within a short drive of the park.

We’re sorry that the noise affected your stay, but we appreciate your positive comments about the cleanliness and our team.
