Не понравилось Very disappointed with the owners who refused to change our booking to a different week after I informed them that I had recently suffered a heart attack and was informed by my Cadiologist not to drive for one week. In addition my disabled wife who has over come breast cancer twice kidney cancer and skin cancer had received a short notice hospital appointment due to a cancellation yet this was not enough for the owners to rebook a couple of weeks ahead. I really did not expect in the circumstances to be told no we do not allow this and that we would have to forfeit the total amount paid and repay in full for a future booking. Such discusting unhelpful uncompassionate and greedy behaviour from the owners who should be ashamed of themselves and who clearly are only interested in caravaners money and nothing more.

Update to owners fruitless response.

I am not going to get drawn into he said she said other than to say that the owners response is meaningless in that they know that what they have done is wrong but are too pig headed and geeedy to accept such. It is utter nonsense to say that they have to be seen to be treating everyone the same. Not everyone asks to suffer an heart attack or breast cancer and to this surly as with most if not all businesses there are excepections to the rule as well as some showing of human compassion etc. I note that this caravan park have received negative reviews for same refusing to help customers when needed. All that matters is caravaners know the difference between a good and a bad caravan park and genuine and false caravan park owners.

Понравилось Nice pitch. Good shower block. Good for cycling/walking along the sea front. Lovely stay.

Не понравилось The traffic noise might displease some, but it didn't bother us at all. More recycling bins within the site would be nice.

Понравилось Touring pitches look randomly spaced, but I think that's by design, and gives it a good quirky look, but each looked to have lots of usable space, great views of the sea from across the site, very well kept lawns, toilet block was always clean, less than 10 mins walk to the sea front and a great cycle path.

Не понравилось Trains run along the bottom of the site, but not really a problem, they were short trains and wafted by quietly.

Excellent Indian restaurant around the corner too, which was an added bonus.

Понравилось Easy walking access to the coastal path.

Не понравилось Pitch was overlooked from all sides and not even level. Views of the sea were blocked by other vans. Cold showers. Road noise. Far too expensive for what it is.

We’re sorry to hear that other aspects of your stay didn’t meet your expectations. We understand how important pitch positioning, privacy, and comfort are. Many of our guests do let us know during their stay if they’re unhappy with a pitch, and we’re always happy to try and find a suitable alternative where availability allows.

We’re also sorry to hear about your experience with the showers. We haven’t had any other reports of issues with water temperature, so had this been brought to our attention at the time, we would have investigated and done our best to resolve it as quickly as possible. As a small team, we do rely on guests letting us know if something isn’t right so we can address it promptly.

With regard to road noise, we are transparent that the park is located near the A55, and this is reflected in the information provided prior to booking. In terms of pricing, we aim to remain competitive with other parks in the North Wales area, while continuing to invest in and maintain our facilities.
