Gostou Once again I had an exceptional stay at Stud Farm, the team are the most welcoming and friendly. Great new showers, my long weekend was quiet and peaceful with the usual sea breeze, amazing views and extensive walks on the doorstep. Thanks again. Rich

the breeze has been pleasant as its been vey hot this july, there are plenty of walks from the campsite and a 20min walk to the beach and the local pub.

Gostou The views from the campsite were amazing - one side has gorgeous views of the hills and sea, and if you look the other side you get a gorgeous sunset. Also the campsite is incredibly spacisous. We never felt like we were on top of other campers, which was great. The toilets and showers were always clean.

Also, it was the perfect place to stay during a heatwave as situation on to of the South Downs meant that we had a beautiful breeze to keep us cool all day and night - we even had to wrap up in jumpers at night!

Despite the warnings of low water pressure, I found my showers to be warm and with plenty of pressure to wash my hair and body.

Looking forward to the coffee shop opening at the end of July!

Não gostou I wish there was a little shop in the village to buy essentials from. Also there are no activities or other facilities such as food vans for those who might be used to that.

Breakfast options were provided but all very meaty - not good for vegans.

Probably just good for a couple of nights max as you have to take all of your rubbish away with you.

hopefully the cafe that opens at the end of July 2026 will sell some basic essentials. there is however a tesco express nearby.
sorry we have no activities or entertainment but this is just a basic campsite and not a holiday park, most of our visitors do come for the lovely walks here over the Downs and some cyclist's, some come just for the peace and quiet with the amazing views, some come because of our no music policy after 9pm.

our regulars do prefer to take their rubbish away with them rather than paying more for their pitch if we provided bins.

thank you for pointing out about our lack of a vegetarian or vegan option, we will look into this and see if it is possible for us to do.

once again thank you, good comments and some things for us to work on.

Do gestor: Thankyou for your feedback we do have the views of the downs and the sea that can be looked out onto as we are open to the elements and ontop of the downs. we do have a no music policy after 9pm in place as campers love the quit time at night.
we are here to make all campers welcome and feel at ease and happy to help in any way that we can

it is unfortunate that this happened to you, it is very rare that this happens as we do have a no music/noise policy after 9pm.
if someone reported it to us or would have let us know then we would have come out immediately and we would have reminded the noisy campers of our site policies, as refusal to keep to site policies would have led to a warning to leave the site.
