We're sorry to hear you were unable to find the items you needed. We do have a small on-site shop selling daily essentials, and there is also a petrol station with a convenience store just a five-minute walk from the park. From time to time, however, certain products can be unavailable due to supply issues from our wholesalers, which unfortunately is beyond our control. We do our best to keep the shop well stocked and appreciate your understanding when this happens.

We will certainly take your comments on board, and we thank you for your valuable feedback as it helps us improve the experience we provide for our guests.

Gostou Great site. Lovely views of the sea. Showers and toilets very clean. Coastal rd so can walk in either direction for days out.

We're sorry to hear that you found the nearby A55 noisy during your stay. Our location, including our proximity to the A55, is clearly shown and described on our website and other booking platforms so guests can make an informed choice before booking. While the convenient access is appreciated by many visitors, we understand that road noise can be more noticeable depending on weather conditions and pitch location.

Gostou Very clean and tidy site with everything I needed. Just a couple of minutes to the coastal path with great bike rides west and east. Very pleasant and helpful staff.

Gostou Loved the position of the site just looking out to sea. Showers and toilets very clean.

Being charged £6.50 for checking in 20 minutes early. That's a rip off. Its not a hotel situation where a room has to be got ready early. The pitch was empty.
No or very little hot water in the showers

We're sorry that some aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations. Our early arrival and late departure options are available at an additional cost and are entirely optional for guests who would like extra time on the park outside of our standard arrival and departure times. We appreciate that your pitch appeared to be empty; however, we apply this policy consistently to all guests. This ensures we are fair to those who have chosen to pay for an early arrival or late departure, while also allowing our team the time needed to prepare and maintain the park to the high standards our guests expect.

We're also sorry to hear about the issues you experienced with the Wi-Fi and hot water. We appreciate you bringing these to our attention, and your comments have been noted and will be investigated by our team.
