Gostou Loved the position of the site just looking out to sea. Showers and toilets very clean.

Não gostou Slightly noisey with the trains going by but it didn’t bother us.

Being charged £6.50 for checking in 20 minutes early. That's a rip off. Its not a hotel situation where a room has to be got ready early. The pitch was empty.
No or very little hot water in the showers

Our early arrival and late departure options are available at an additional cost and are entirely optional for guests who would like extra time on the park outside of our standard arrival and departure times. We appreciate that your pitch appeared to be empty; however, we apply this policy consistently to all guests. This ensures we are fair to those who have chosen to pay for an early arrival or late departure, while also allowing our team the time needed to prepare and maintain the park to the high standards our guests expect.

We're also sorry to hear about the issues you experienced with the Wi-Fi and hot water. We appreciate you bringing these to our attention, and your comments have been noted and will be investigated by our team.

Não gostou Yes you could hear the road and train noise but neither bothered us, or kept us awake... its very clear in the site information so was expected.

Gostou The site was lovely, peaceful, toilet block clean, staff friendly, only stayed one night but will definitely be booking again for a longer stay

Gostou Well kept site with very friendly and amenable staff. Great views over the sea.
Good facilities.
We had a fully serviced pitch which was well worth the cost.
Well positioned for going out and exploring this part of the N Wales coast.
Secure WiFi included in the nightly fee is a bonus too!

Gostou Very nice and well maintained site, with clean toilet/shower block. Great views of the sea. Short 2 minute walk to the beach. Great access to public bus, which runs every 10 mins or so to Llandudno.
