Likte Sea and mountain views, a 10 minute walk from Talybont beach. Great location and beautiful views from the site. Pitches were nice and big and lots of open space for the kids to run around and kick a small ball around without disturbing other visitors or being near cars and caravans. Would return mainly for proximity to the lovely beach and a nice site for the price we paid!

Likte ikke Shower facilities poor. Very dirty so wasn't a pleasant experience. It's difficult being near the beach as it was mostly sand, but they aren't cleaned regularly enough and the shower head doesn't come off to allow you to wash away the dirt on the floor. Push button showers that last 10 seconds which was a challenge trying to show myself and 2 children.
Camping pod outside lights are on all through the night and are blinding when you're sat out at night with them shining directly at the caravans.
No WiFi and signal is very poor.

65 pitches it is not going to work. Also
I booked to use the pool /sauna/
steam room and when I got there the sauna was cold and the steam room smelt like
Someone had died in there ( I used to work in a undertakers 🤭) I was told
I should have turned it on, I would have thought someone from the staff should have checked first. It needs more water taps and there is no grey water disposal facility.

Nice campsite.
Fairly peaceful if you don't get a young family camping near you or a loud couple!
The location is great. There's a 10 minute flat walk to Talybont Beach,but be aware there are pebbles that you need to walk over before you get to the sand,so a bit tricky if you have mobility problems.
On the way to the beach you pass some other holiday parks, and you can use their facilities free as well. There's arcades, a pub and a fish and chip shop. You can also use their car park for free.
We visited their sister site which was nice. There's a balcony to enjoy a drink overlooking Barmouth beach ⛱️
The local pub is a little stroll away and you can take your dog and enjoy a drink by the river.
We would stay here again. It's good value for money.

If you go with children there is no play park so you need to entertain your kids yourselves so they don't become a nuisance to other campers!
Train passes very close to the camp.

Likte Lovely site, Proximity to the railway station and village was perfect. Laundry facilities were excellent, cheap too, £5 to do a big wash and dry!

Likte ikke Toilet block needs a deep clean..shower drain blocked, furry extractor fans look like they’ve never been cleaned, back of toilet doors ….

Likte We've stayed here several times and have always enjoyed our visits. The site is clean, and many areas are well maintained. It's just a short walk to the beach, and the train provides easy access to Barmouth, making it a great base for exploring the area.
The staff are always friendly and welcoming, and booking or modifying a reservation is simple and hassle-free. While some parts of the site could benefit from a little more attention, we've always had a pleasant stay and would happily return.

Likte ikke The toilet and shower blocks were clean, but they could do with a bit more attention and maintenance. While they were perfectly usable, they are starting to look a little tired and would benefit from some refurbishment to improve the overall experience.
