Likte Quick handover of keys Oil heater provided

Likte ikke We were told to bring bedding but not to bring the actual bed. We have stayed in pods before on different sites, where a hard standing bed and mattress were supplied, but arrived to basically to an empty shed with an oil heater in it, so we ended up sleeping on the floor. All the pods were empty yet we were placed furthest away from the amenities block. All the pods back onto a railway track so we're kept awake by night trains rolling past. Showers has black mould on some of them and you have to keep one hand constantly on the push button to prevent the water turning off. Their where cobwebs with live spiders above the door entrance internally. Small rear window at back of pod did not have lock or interlocking lever (you just pushed it and it opened) so anyone could reach in and grab coats or bags from coat hooks immediately below it. Youth Hostel Association (YHA) pods are cheaper than this and you actually get bedding supplied in there prices. Needless to say we left as soon as day broke, thank goodness we were only there 1 night.
