Ik was niet blij met This time we were moved because there was an electric fault in our pitch. Moving to another pitch when you have set up is an inconvenience. But this was not anyone’s fault. Did feel we missed out on the sea view when we were moved.

We’re very sorry for the inconvenience caused by the electrical fault on your pitch during this visit. Unfortunately, the issue was outside of our control, and despite our best efforts, we were unable to resolve it quickly enough for you to remain on your original pitch.

As it was a particularly busy weekend on the park, we had very limited pitches available to allocate, which unfortunately meant moving you away from the sea-view pitch you had initially been enjoying. We completely understand how frustrating it is to have to move after you’ve already set up, and we appreciate your understanding that this was not caused by anyone on site.

Your feedback is genuinely valued, and we’re sorry this issue affected your experience. We hope it won’t deter you from visiting again, and we’ll do our very best to ensure your next stay is as relaxing and enjoyable as you’ve come to expect from us.

Views were amazing across to Llandudno, especially the sunsets. Short walk to beach and coastal path way, cannot fault at all, would definitely use again.

Ik was niet blij met I find minimum card spends highly frustrating, appreciate the card fees need to be taken into account, but not being able to buy a single bottle of water when needed was frustrating, wouldn’t be so bad if there was plenty of other items to buy, but there wasn’t.

As an independent business, we have to carefully balance rising operating costs and transaction charges, which is why a minimum spend is in place on lower-value card purchases.
