We're sorry that other aspects of your visit didn't meet your expectations. Bron-Y-Wendon is a peaceful holiday park, and many of our guests choose to stay with us specifically because we don't have a clubhouse or on-site entertainment, allowing them to enjoy a quieter and more relaxing atmosphere.

Our location between the A55 and the railway line is clearly shown on our website and booking information, and while some guests notice the road noise, many still enjoy our coastal location and convenient access to explore North Wales.

We're also sorry to hear your shower wasn't as warm as expected. Had this been reported to our team during your stay, we would have been happy to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Ik was blij met A very well maintained campsite. It was an absolute pleasure to stay at this campsite enjoying the beautiful views of the sea.

Ik was niet blij met Not very well marked for when you get there with the caravan on but the staff were very helpful and helped me to my assigned plot without any problems.
Not a massive problem but there is a constant noise as the campsite is between a railway track and the North Wales Expy.

As you mentioned, our park is situated between the North Wales Expressway and the railway line. While this is clearly shown on our website and booking information, we understand that some guests are more aware of the background noise than others. Thankfully, many of our visitors feel the spectacular sea views and convenient location make it a great base for exploring North Wales.

We're particularly disappointed by your comments regarding the toilet facilities, as the cleanliness of our facilities is something we receive regular compliments on from our guests. Many visitors also appreciate that our showers do not operate with push buttons, allowing for a more comfortable shower experience.

Unfortunately, we can't control how other guests leave the facilities between our regular cleaning schedules. However, if there are ever any issues during your stay, we always encourage guests to let reception know straight away. Our housekeeping team is happy to attend promptly and resolve any concerns as quickly as possible.

Ik was blij met Lovely, spacious, well kept site with fabulous views. Perfectly situated for exploring north Wales coastline. The staff were very helpful and the facilities clean and well maintained. My partner loved the fact the showers weren't on timers... they treated us as responsible adults.

Ik was niet blij met The fact we had to cut our stay short due to Ill health and hadn't taken insurance so couldn't get a refund or transfer. And the seasonal pitch we were interested in was 4K which put us off booking one.

We're very sorry to hear that ill health meant you had to cut your holiday short, and we hope you're both feeling much better now. We completely understand how disappointing that must have been. Unfortunately, our booking terms do not allow refunds or transfers once a stay has commenced. Our optional cancellation insurance is designed to provide cover for cancellations before your arrival date and does not extend to holidays that have already started.

We're also sorry to hear that the cost of a seasonal pitch put you off. We continually invest in the park and our facilities to provide a high-quality experience, and our seasonal pitches include a range of services and benefits. Ik was niet blij met Close to road and a train line( main line) . Also laundry shuts at 4.30pm , good idea to put a lock on same as toilets, or a separate laundry room with a lock on it with more washing machines

Thank you also for your constructive feedback. As noted in our site information, we are located close to both a main road and the railway line, so some noise can be heard from parts of the park.

Regarding the laundry, it's available until 6:00pm from Thursday to Saturday, with slightly earlier closing on other days to allow for cleaning and maintenance. We appreciate your suggestions about access and additional washing machines, and we'll certainly take them into consideration as we continue to improve our facilities.
