Non mi è piaciuto Washing up area and rubbish area weren't particularly well maintained compared to the rest of the site.

Mi è piaciuto The pitch size, having a tap on the pitch, layout of the campsite and position next to the country park. The washing facilities were warm.

Non mi è piaciuto The shower - water ran for too short a time before having to press again; no stool, so nowhere to put sponge bag, spectacles etc off the floor; no basket for holding shower gel and shampoo off the floor; water in bucket was dirty for mopping afterwards; shower water tended to vary in temperature.
Washroom facilities - no pegs to hang clothes when shaving.
These things could be very easily resolved.
The lack of wifi and television reception. People know that there is poor 4G reception, so the camp should provide its own wifi. This lack of wifi means that we would not go back to this site as we couldn't even get requirements like travel directions except with great difficulty.

We're sorry to hear you were disappointed about not being able to put up your windbreak. The grassed areas around the pitches are communal spaces for all guests to enjoy and, to help maintain these areas, we do not permit pegs to be placed in them. We appreciate that the ground conditions on the pitch itself were particularly firm during your stay, which may have made securing additional equipment more challenging.

Mi è piaciuto Beautiful surroundings - wonderful trees, flora and fauna. Relaxed site. Lovely park. Great disabled access in general. Great location for visiting nearby attractions such as Legoland and Windsor Castle. Very friendly, helpful staff.

Non mi è piaciuto Showers were clean but could do with a little updating. Push button showers did not give enough time. Could do with a small ramp to the disabled shower as kerb up to it is difficult to manage on a mobility buggy/wheelchair.
