Beautiful nature walks and a great park for kids. Fair ground/cafe too

Mi è piaciuto There is a wonderful playpark for the kids, a paddling pool and amazing walks around the lake. The kids enjoyed feeding the ducks every morning and going to the park. Everyone we met there was super friendly and the kids bonded with others quickly. We were only stopping over on our way to lego land so didnt have a long stay but will definitely consider visiting this campsite again.

Mi è piaciuto Beautiful woodland surroundings. Toilet and shower facilities were spot on. Had a really peaceful night's sleep after a lovely evening's walk around the area. We were only there one night as stop off before visiting Legoland (which was an easy drive away) but we wished we were staying longer.
Non mi è piaciuto It was a little expensive for a camp site but that seems to be the way things are going at the moment, sadly.

As a woodland park, we are naturally surrounded by wildlife and insects, and unfortunately ants are an outdoor pest that can be difficult to completely prevent. We do, however, take reasonable measures to manage pests and maintain a clean and comfortable environment for our guests.
