Mi è piaciuto Clean facilities, clean pod and friendly staff on reception

Non mi è piaciuto Awful night sleep. Booked a pod. Mattress was terrible (probably can’t even call it a mattress) I do understand it. It’s has to be able to be cleaned easier so leather makes sense. Also if it was an actually mattress I wouldn’t have liked that either. Wouldn’t have been clean. I suggest making this very clear in the description. It says bed linen not available. Linen would not have helped. I suggest either a mattress topper (still not the best with it. I bought 2) Or a blow up bed on top Also paid £138. Seems like a lot, but never booked this sort of thing before so unsure about pricing

Dal gestore: Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're pleased to hear you found the facilities and pod clean and our reception team friendly. We're sorry to hear you didn't have a comfortable night's sleep. Our pods are designed with practicality and ease of cleaning in mind, which is why they have wipe-clean sleeping surfaces rather than traditional mattresses. We do appreciate, however, that this may not suit everyone's comfort preferences, and we're sorry this impacted your stay.(pictures of interior shown on our website) Thank you for your suggestions. We also take on board your comments. We appreciate that the cost of a stay is an important consideration, and we're sorry you felt the experience didn't represent good value for money. Thank you again for your honest feedback. It helps us understand where we can improve and ensure guests have a clear picture of our accommodation before booking.
