Líbí se Clean facilities, clean pod and friendly staff on reception

Nelíbí se Awful night sleep. Booked a pod. Mattress was terrible (probably can’t even call it a mattress) I do understand it. It’s has to be able to be cleaned easier so leather makes sense. Also if it was an actually mattress I wouldn’t have liked that either. Wouldn’t have been clean. I suggest making this very clear in the description. It says bed linen not available. Linen would not have helped. I suggest either a mattress topper (still not the best with it. I bought 2) Or a blow up bed on top Also paid £138. Seems like a lot, but never booked this sort of thing before so unsure about pricing

Od správce: Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're pleased to hear you found the facilities and pod clean and our reception team friendly. We're sorry to hear you didn't have a comfortable night's sleep. Our pods are designed with practicality and ease of cleaning in mind, which is why they have wipe-clean sleeping surfaces rather than traditional mattresses.
